Description
Claims (11)
- 전극단자들이 상단 및 하단에 각각 형성되어 있는 전지셀을 단위전지로 하는 전지모듈을 제조하기 위한 프레임 부재로서, 두 단위전지들의 하부 전극단자들이 결합되어 삽입되기 위한 홈이 형성되어 있고 그것의 하단 실링부가 장착되는 하단 프레임; 상기 단위전지들의 상단 실링부가 장착되고 그것의 상부 전극단자들에 연결되는 외부 입출력 단자가 외면에 돌출되어 있는 상단 프레임; 및 상기 하단 프레임 및 상단 프레임에 연결되어 있고 상기 단위전지들의 일측 측면 실링부가 장착되는 측면 프레임을 포함하는 것으로 구성된 프레임 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 금속층 및 수지층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트의 전지케이스에 전극조립체가 내장되어 있는 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 프레임 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위전지의 전압 및/또는 온도를 검출하기 위한 단자(검출단자)가 상단 프레임 또는 하단 프레임에 설치되어 있고, 상기 검출단자를 외부회로에 연결하기 위한 접속단자가 상단 프레임 중 외부 입출력 단자 측에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레임 부재.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 검출단자는 하단 프레임에 설치되어 있고, 상기 검 출단자는 측면 프레임에 내장된 회로를 거쳐 상단 프레임의 접속단자에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레임 부재.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 하단 프레임에는 검출단자가 연결되는 관통구가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레임 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 측면 프레임에는 단위전지들의 측면 실링부가 삽입되기 위한 그루브가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레임 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상단 프레임에는 단위전지들의 상부 전극단자들을 절곡하여 삽입할 수 있는 홈(삽입홈)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레임 부재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 프레임 부재에 단위전지들을 장착하는 방법으로서,두 단위전지들의 하부 전극단자들을 상호 결합시키는 단계;상기 단위전지들이 서로 대면하는 구조로 하부 전극단자들을 절곡하는 단계; 및상기 전극단자 결합부가 하단 프레임의 홈에 삽입되도록 단위전지들을 프레임 부재의 개방된 측면으로부터 장착하는 단계;를 포함하는 것으로 구성된 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 프레임 부재에 단위전지들을 장착하는 방법으로서,두 단위전지들의 하부 전극단자들을 상호 결합시키는 단계;상기 전극단자 결합부를 하단 프레임의 홈에 삽입한 후 체결하는 단계; 및상기 단위전지들이 서로 대면하는 구조로 하부 전극단자들을 절곡하는 단계;를 포함하는 것으로 구성된 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 하단 프레임에 대한 전극단자 결합부의 체결은 하단 프레임 부재의 관통구를 통해 상기 결합부를 천공하고 체결부재를 삽입하여 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 프레임 부재를 사용하여 제조되는 중대형 전지모듈.
