Claims (9)
- 에어 스프링의 압력 작용 용적을 넓히도록 상기 압력 작용 공간에 연결된 용적 확장기, 상기 압력 작용 공간과 상기 용적 확장기 사이의 연결 상태를 개폐하는 용적 조절 밸브를 구비한 에어 서스펜션과,차량의 종방향 가속도 센서에 검출된 수직 가속도값에 의거한 안티 스쿼트 제어 로직에 의해 밸브 제어 신호를 생성하는 전자제어유닛과,상기 밸브 제어 신호에 따라 상기 용적 조절 밸브를 개폐하여 상기 에어 스프링의 압력 작용 용적을 조절함으로써 상기 에어 스프링의 스프링 레이트를 조절하는 에어 스프링 용적 조절부를 포함하는 전자제어 서스펜션 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전자제어유닛의 상기 밸브 제어 신호는, 차량의 TPS에서 발생한 신호를 토대로 계산된 엔진 출력값에 의거하여 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제어 서스펜션 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전자제어유닛의 상기 밸브 제어 신호를 출력하는 임계값은 상기 차속이나 기타 차량 상태에 따라 가변적인 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 한 전자제어 서스 펜션 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전자제어유닛에 의한 상기 에어 스프링의 스프링 레이트 조절 제어의 종료 시점은 이전에 사용한 임계값보다 더 낮은 값을 갖는 다른 임계값과 비교하여 판단하는 것을 특징으로 한 전자제어 서스펜션 장치.
- 에어 스프링의 압력 작용 용적을 넓히도록 상기 압력 작용 공간에 연결된 용적 확장기, 상기 압력 작용 공간과 상기 용적 확장기 사이의 연결 상태를 개폐하는 용적 조절 밸브를 구비한 에어 서스펜션을 제어하는 전자제어 유닛의 안티 스쿼트 제어 방법으로서,주행 중에 스쿼트 모션이 발생되면, 차량의 수직 가속도 또는 엔진 출력 크기를 토대로 제어 기준값을 산출하는 단계와,상기 제어 기준값이 상위 임계값 이상인지를 판단하는 단계와,상기 판단 결과, 상기 제어 기준값이 상위 임계값 이상인 경우 상기 용적 조절 밸브를 후륜(또는 전륜)에 장착된 상기 용적 조절 밸브를 폐쇄하여 상기 에어 스프링의 스프링 레이트를 높이되, 상기 제어 기준값이 하위 임계값 이하로 떨어지면 상기 후륜(또는 전륜)의 용적 조절 밸브를 개방시키는 단계를 포함하는 전자제어 서스펜션 장치를 이용한 안티 스쿼트 제어 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 상위 및 하위 임계값은 상기 차속이나 기타 차량 상태에 따라 가변적인 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 한 전자제어 서스펜션 장치를 이용한 안티 스쿼트 제어 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 후륜(또는 전륜)의 용적 제어 밸브를 개방한 후에 상기 에어 스프링의 스프링 레이트 조절 제어를 위한 임계값은 이전에 사용한 임계값보다 더 낮은 값을 갖는 다른 임계값을 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제어 서스펜션 장치를 이용한 안티 스쿼트 제어 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 스쿼트 모션 발생 여부는, 상기 차량의 수직 가속도 값 또는 TPS 값을 토대로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제어 서스펜션 장치를 이용한 안티 스쿼트 제어 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제어 기준값이 하위 임계값 이상의 값을 갖는 경우에 상기 전후륜 모두의 상기 용적 조절 밸브를 개폐하여 상기 에어 스프링의 압력 작용 용적을 조절함으로써 상기 에어 스프링의 스프링 레이트를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제 어 서스펜션 장치를 이용한 안티 스쿼트 제어 방법.
