Description
Claims (10)
- 분광 및 부원료를 환원 및 소성하여 환원체로 변환하는 하나 이상의 유동 환원로,상기 환원체를 장입하고, 내부에 산소를 취입하여 용철을 제조하는 용융 가스화로, 및상기 용융 가스화로에서 배출하는 환원 가스를 상기 유동 환원로에 공급하는 환원가스 공급관을 포함하며,상기 유동 환원로는 상기 유동 환원로의 내부로 가스를 분사하여 정체층을 제거하는 가스 분사 장치를 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 가스 분사 장치는 상기 가스를 서로 다른 2이상의 방향으로 분사하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 가스 분사 장치는,상기 가스를 상기 유동 환원로의 내부로 공급하는 가스 공급관, 및각각 상기 가스 공급관에 연결되며, 서로 다른 방향으로 상기 가스를 분사하는 분사 노즐들을 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 가스 분사 장치는,상기 가스 공급관과 수직으로 형성되는 제1 분사 노즐,상기 가스 공급관 및 상기 제1 분사 노즐과 수직으로 형성되는 제2 분사 노즐, 및상기 가스 공급관 및 상기 제2 분사 노즐과 수직으로 형성되는 제3 분사 노즐을 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 가스 분사 장치는 상기 가스 공급관에서 상기 유동 환원로의 하부 방향으로 기울어져 형성되는 하방 분사 노즐을 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 유동 환원로는 그 하부에 상기 환원 가스가 통과하면서 분산되는 분산판을 포함하며, 상기 가스 분산 장치는 상기 분산판의 상부에 설치되는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제6 항에 있어서,상기 가스 분산 장치는 복수로 구비되고, 기 설정된 거리로 이격되어 상기 유동 환원로를 둘러싸며 배열되는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 유동 환원로는,상기 유동 환원로의 일 측에 구비되어 상기 분광이 장입되는 분광 장입구, 및다른 일 측에 구비되어 상기 분광이 배출되는 분광 배출구를 포함하며,상기 가스 분산 장치는,상기 분산판의 상부에 배치되어 상기 유동 환원로의 하부에 형성되는 정체층을 제거하는 제1 가스 분산 장치들,상기 제1 가스 분산 장치들보다 상부에 배치되고, 상기 분광 장입구의 하부에 배치되어 상기 분광의 장입을 원활하게 하는 제2 가스 분산 장치들, 및상기 제2 가스 분산 장치들보다 상부에 배치되고, 상기 분광 배출구의 하부에 배치되어 상기 분광을 분산시키는 제3 가스 분산 장치들을 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제8 항에 있어서,상기 유동 환원로는 그 내부에 상기 분광을 포집하기 위한 하나 이상의 사이클론을 더 포함하고,상기 제3 가스 분산 장치들은 상기 사이클론의 하단부의 높이와 실질적으로동일한 높이에 설치되는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 가스는 질소, 상기 환원 가스 및 상기 용철 제조 장치에서 생성된 부생 가스로 이루어진 군에서 하나 이상의 가스를 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
