Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 분광 및 부원료를 환원 및 소성하여 환원체로 변환하는 하나 이상의 유동 환원로,상기 환원체를 장입하고, 내부에 산소를 취입하여 용철을 제조하는 용융 가스화로, 및상기 용융 가스화로에서 배출하는 환원 가스를 상기 유동 환원로에 공급하는 환원 가스 공급관을 포함하고,상기 유동 환원로는 그 내부에 배치되어 상기 분광을 포집하는 싸이클론을 포함하며,탄소 함유 가스를 취입하여 상기 분광의 점착을 방지하는 가스 취입 장치가 상기 싸이클론에 연결된 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 가스 취입 장치는 상기 유동 환원로의 상하 방향으로 상기 유동 환원로에 연결된 용철 제조 장치.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 가스 취입 장치는 상기 유동 환원로의 상부와 연결되는 용철 제조 장 치.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 싸이클론의 상부에 배치되어 가스를 배출시키는 배가스 덕트, 및상기 싸이클론과 상기 배가스 덕트를 연결하는 플랜지를 더 포함하고,상기 가스 취입 장치는 상기 플랜지를 관통하며, 상기 싸이클론의 내부로 연결되는 가스 취입 도관을 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 가스 취입 도관은 상기 싸이클론을 나선형으로 감싸며 형성되는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 가스 취입 도관 중 일부는 스프링의 형태로 상기 싸이클론을 감싸며 형성되는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 유동 환원로는 상기 가스 취입 장치에 연결되어 상기 싸이클론의 내부에 불활성 가스를 공급하는 불활성 가스 공급 장치를 더 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 불활성 가스 공급 장치는 상기 가스 취입 장치에 연결되는 불활성 가스공급관, 및상기 불활성 가스 공급관을 주기적으로 개폐하는 자동 밸브를 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 불활성 가스는 질소(N2)인 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 싸이클론은,상기 분광을 포집하는 콘(cone)부, 및상기 콘부의 하단에 연결되어 포집된 상기 분광을 하부로 배출하는 딥레그(dip leg)부를 포함하고,상기 가스 취입 장치는 복수로 구비되며, 상기 딥레그부에 연결되는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제10 항에 있어서,상기 가스 취입 장치는,상기 콘부와 상기 딥레그부 사이의 연결 지점에 연결되는 제1 가스 취입 장치를 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제10 항에 있어서,상기 딥레그부의 하단에 연결되는 제2 가스 취입 장치를 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제10 항에 있어서,상기 콘부와 상기 딥레그부 사이의 연결 지점과 상기 딥레그부의 하단 사이에 기설정된 거리로 이격되어 연결되는 2개 이하의 제3 가스 취입 장치를 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 탄소 함유 가스는 메탄을 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 가스 취입 장치와 상기 싸이클론이 연결되는 부위에서 상기 가스의 유속은 4m/s 내지 8m/s인 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 가스 취입 장치는 상기 유동 환원로 중 상기 용융 가스 환원로에 직접 연결된 유동 환원로에 설치된 용철 제조 장치.
