Abstract

A transmission lever assembly is provided to improve the feeling of manipulating a transmission by minimizing the vibration generated inside of a transmission lever. A transmission lever assembly includes a rod section(21), a transmission lever(20), and a damping unit(30). The rod section is disposed on the upper side of a transmission. The transmission lever has a knob. The damping unit is installed at the rod section of the transmission lever to damp the manipulation force and vibration of the transmission lever from the transmission. The damping unit includes a first member, a second member rotatably installed in the frame, a resilient member connecting the first and second members, and a cap installed in the second member to surround the resilient member.
