Claims (25)
- 압출기, 제1 피스톤/실린더 유니트 및 일렬로 장착된 제2 피스톤/실린더 유니트를 포함하는 콜드 채널 및 핫 채널 기술들에 따른 특히 엘라스토머 재료의, 플라스틱 재료용 주입 성형 기계에 있어서,상기 제1 피스톤/실린더 유니트의 실린더는 채워진 주입 틀로부터 멀리 위치한 제2 피스톤/실린더 유니트의 단부 내로 보내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 성형 기계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 피스톤/실린더 유니트는 상기 제2 피스톤/실린더 유니트를 통해 주입 틀 내로 플라스틱 재료를 보내도록 되어 있고, 상기 제2 피스톤/실린더 유니트는 상기 제1 피스톤/실린더 유니트 단독에 의해서 보다는 더 높은 압력 하에서 상기 주입 틀 내로 플라스틱 재료를 공급하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 성형 기계.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제2 피스톤/실린더 유니트는 본질적으로 상기 제2 피스톤/실린더 유니트의 실린더를 완전히 비우는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 주입 기계.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 두 개의 피스톤/실린더 유니트들은 서로 기본적으로 수직하게 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 성형 기계.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 두 개의 피스톤/실린더 유니트들은 전환 요소에 의해 서로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 성형 기계.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제2 피스톤/실린더 유니트의 실린더 및 피스톤은 상기 전환 요소를 통해 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 성형 기계.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 전환 요소는 기계적으로 조정가능하거나 전기적, 수력적 또는 공압적으로 작동될 수 있는 가변 단면의 쓰로틀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 성형 기계.

- (a) 제2 피스톤/실린더 유니트의 제2 실린더를 통해 제1 피스톤과 제1 실린더를 포함하는 제1 피스톤/실린더 유니트에 의해 주입 틀 내로 플라스틱 재료를 공급하는 단계;(b) 상기 주입 틀 내로 상기 제2 실린더 내부에 위치한 플라스틱 재료를 삽입하기 위해 상기 제2 실린더 내로 제2 피스톤을 대체하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 제2 피스톤을 당기는 단계를 포함하고,상기 제1 피스톤/실린더 유니트의 실린더는 상기 주입 틀로부터 멀리 위치한 제2 피스톤/실린더 유니트의 단부 내로 보내지고, 상기 제2 피스톤/실린더 유니트의 제2 피스톤은 상기 주입 틀로의 유동 통로를 자유롭게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜드 채널 또는 핫 채널 기술에 따른 특히 엘라스토머 재료인, 플라스틱 재료 주입 성형 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 제2 피스톤/실린더 유니트는 상기 제1 피스톤/실린더 유니트 단독일 때에 비해 더 큰 압력하에서 상기 주입 틀 내로 상기 플라스틱 재료를 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 성형 방법.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 제2 피스톤/실린더 유니트의 피스톤은 본질적으로 상기 제2 피스톤/실린더 유니트의 실린더를 완전히 비우는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 성형 방법.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 플라스틱 재료는 온도 제어를 통해 소정의 온도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 성형 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 플라스틱 재료의 온도 조정은 유동 채널의 적어도 하나에서 플라스틱 재료의 마찰을 증가시키고 감소시킴으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 성형 방법.

- 제 15 항 내지 제 24 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,핫 채널 기술로 주입 성형될 때, 비워짐이 상기 주입 유니트를 통해 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 성형 방법.
