Claims (1)
- 하수슬러지와 계면활성제 미세기포간 선차적 미세입자화를 유도함에 있어, 계면활성제를 혼합슬러지 대비 0.05% ~ 0.1% 범위로 사용하고, 처리대상 하수 슬러지량 대비 5% ~ 10%의 처리 반송수를 기포 발생수로 사용하여 미세기포 생성장치내에서 기포체적이 하수 슬러지량 대비 20% ~ 30%가 되도록 계면활성제 미세기포를 유상액 상태로 발생시켜 하수슬러지에 주입하여 혼합슬러지와 계면활성제 단분자간 상호 입자화 반응을 진행시키며, 상기 상호 입자화 반응은 기포구성물질인 계면활성제 단분자의 액체/고체상에서 유화, 분산, 전위중화 반응을 이용한 것이며 이에 따른 하수슬러지의 미세 입자화가 진행된 후, 액상포리머 용해장치에서 혼합슬러지 대비 0.15% ~ 0.2%로 고분자 응집제를 공급하여, 혼합슬러지와 계면활성제 미세기포가 고형화 응결 과정 중 슬러지 고형물에 발포되도록 함으로써 슬러지 내부에 다량의 기포체적을 부여하여 하수슬러지와 고형물을 농축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 계면활성제 미세기포를 이용한 하수 슬러지 상압부상 고농축 방법.
