Claims (23)
- 수성 매질에 친수성 모노머, 주단량체 및 공단량체를 유탁시킨 다음, 중합시켜 제조된, 생체분자를 고정하는 지지체와 칩 기판 표면에 대한 점착제로서의 특징을 동시에 가지는 점착성 비드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 모노머는 메타크릴산, 아크릴산, 이타콘산, 히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트, 히드록시프로필메타크릴레이트, 아크릴아미드, 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 아크릴레이트, 폴리에텔렌글리콜 메타크릴레이크, 팔리톨레산, 올레산, 리놀레산, 아라키돈산, 리놀렌산, 알릴알콜 및 비닐알콜로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착성 비드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주단량체는 부타디엔, 에틸아크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트, 에틸헥실아크릴레이트 및 옥틸아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착성 비드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공단량체는 비닐 아세테이트, 아크릴로니트릴, 아크릴아미드, 스티렌, 메틸메타크릴레이트 및 메틸아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착성 비드.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 점착성 비드의 제조방법:(a) 유화제 수용액에 단량체를 첨가하고 혼합하여 유탁액을 만드는 단계;(b) 수성 매질에 친수성 모노머를 첨가하고, 질소 분위기에서 온도를 약 75℃까지 상승시킨 다음, 여기에 상기 (a) 단계에서 수득된 유탁액을 첨가하고, 교반하여 유탁시키는 단계; 및(c) 상기 (b) 단계에서 수득된 유탁액에 중합 개시제를 첨가한 다음, 반응시키는 단계.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수성 매질은 물, 에탄올, 메탄올, 디엠에프, 디엠에스오, 아세톤 및 엔엠피로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유화제는 소디움라우릴설페이트, 젤라틴, 메틸셀룰로오스, 폴리비닐알콜, 세틸트리메틸브롬화 암모니움 및 소디움 올레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 중합 개시제는 포타슘퍼설페이트, 암모늄퍼설페이트, 아조비스이소부티로니트릴(AIBN) 및 벤조일퍼옥사이드(BPO)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 주단량체와 공단량체의 배합비는 상기 점착성 비드의 유리전이온도(Tg)에 의해 결정되며, 상기 유리전이온도(Tg)는 바이오칩의 제작 또는 사용 온도보다 0~45℃ 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 바이오칩의 제조방법:(a) 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 점착성 비드에 생체분자를 부착시켜, 생체분자가 고정된 비드의 수성 현탁액을 제조하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 수성 현탁액을 기판 상에 고정시키는 단계.

- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 시료 내 표적물질의 검출방법:(a) 제19항의 바이오칩에 표적물질을 함유하는 시료를 적용하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 바이오칩 상의 생체분자와 특이적으로 결합하는 표적물질을 검출하는 단계.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 표적물질의 검출은 방사성 동위 원소나 발광(luminescence) 또는 발색 염료 등의 생체표지자(biolabel)를 이용한 검출법, 생체 효소를 이용한 면역 검출법(enzyme-linked immunoassay, ELISA), 전기화학적 검출법(electrochemical immunoassay), 입자탁도를 이용한 검출법(particle turbidimetric immunoassay) 및 형광 발색단(fluorophore)을 이용한 검출법으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항의 방법에 의해 제조되고, 서열번호 1 또는 서열번호 2의 SNP (Single nucleotide polymorphism)가 부착되어 있는, 라미부딘 약재에 내성을 가지는 B형 간염 바이러스 감염 여부 확인에 사용되는 바이오칩.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 점착성 비드를 칩 기판 표면에 전체 또는 국부적으로 코팅하여 제조된 요철구조물.
