Claims (7)
- 박막트랜지스터 및 화소전극을 구비한 어레이 기판;상기 어레이 기판과 마주보도록 배치된 투명전극 기판; 및상기 어레이 기판과 투명전극 기판 사이에 개재되며, 고분자 혼합물, 이색성의 염료가 첨가된 액정 및 안료(pigment)를 포함하는 고분자 분산 액정층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이색성 염료는 검정색을 띠는 염료인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 안료는 빨간색(red) 안료, 파란색(blue) 안료 및 녹색(green) 안료로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액정은 고분자 혼합물 내에서 방울 상태로 분산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 안료는 고분자 혼합물 내에 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 어레이 기판 하부에 구비되는 백라이트 유닛을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 어레이 기판 하부에 구비되는 반사 유닛을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 액정 표시 장치.
