Claims (7)
- 자일리톨 탈수소효소 유전자의 일부가 비특이적으로 결실, 치환 또는 부가되어 자일리톨 탈수소효소의 발현이 억제된 자일리톨 생산균주를 자일리톨의 전구체인 자일로스, 탄소원, 질소원 및 미량원소를 포함하는 배지에 접종하고, 배지에 함유된 자일로스가 전량 소모될 때까지 배양한 다음, 이로부터 자일리톨을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 자일리톨의 고수율 생산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,자일리톨 생산균주는 캔디다 속 균주인 것을 특징으로 하는자일리톨의 고수율 생산방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,캔디다 속 균주는 캔디다 구일러몬디(C. guillermondi), 캔디다 파라프실로시스(C. parapsilosis) 또는 캔디다 트로피칼리스(C. tropicalis)인 것을 특징으로 하는자일리톨의 고수율 생산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,탄소원은 글리세롤, 과당, 갈락토스, 설탕, 만노스, 말토스, 셀로바이오스 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는자일리톨의 고수율 생산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,질소원은 효모추출물인 것을 특징으로 하는자일리톨의 고수율 생산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,미량원소는 이인산칼륨, 황산마그네슘 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는자일리톨의 고수율 생산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,자일리톨 생산균주는 20 내지 40℃에서 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는자일리톨의 고수율 생산방법.
