- 막대 형상의 제 1 전극과, 상기 제 1 전극의 외측면 위에 형성된 일렉트로 루미네선스층과, 상기 일렉트로 루미네선스층의 외측면 위에 형성된 광 투과성의 제 2 전극을 구비하는 일렉트로 루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법으로서,상기 제 1 전극을 상기 일렉트로 루미네선스층의 재료를 포함하는 제 1 형성액에 침지하는 것과,상기 제 1 전극을 상기 제 1 형성액으로부터 끌어올림으로써, 상기 제 1 전극의 외측면 위에, 상기 제 1 형성액으로 이루어지는 제 1 액상막을 형성하는 것과,상기 제 1 액상막을 건조시킴으로써, 상기 일렉트로 루미네선스층을 형성하는 것을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 일렉트로 루미네선스층을 상기 제 2 전극의 재료를 포함하는 제 2 형성액에 침지하는 것과,상기 일렉트로 루미네선스층을 상기 제 2 형성액으로부터 끌어올림으로써, 상기 일렉트로 루미네선스층의 외측면 위에 상기 제 2 형성액으로 이루어지는 제 2 액상막을 형성하는 것과,상기 제 2 액상막을 건조시킴으로써 상기 제 2 전극을 형성하는 것을 더 구 비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 전극의 재료를 포함하는 제 3 형성액에 지지 막대를 침지하는 것과,상기 지지 막대를 상기 제 3 형성액으로부터 끌어올림으로써, 상기 지지 막대의 외측면 위에 상기 제 3 형성액으로 이루어지는 제 3 액상막을 형성하는 것과,상기 제 3 액상막을 건조시킴으로써 상기 제 1 전극을 형성하는 것을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전극의 외측면 위에 상기 일렉트로 루미네선스층으로의 외기(外氣)의 침입을 차단하기 위한 밀봉층을 형성하는 것을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극을 상기 제 1 형성액으로부터 끌어올릴 때에서의, 상기 제 1 전극의 외측면에 대한 상기 제 1 형성액의 후퇴 접촉각을 45도 이하로 설정하는 것을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 일렉트로 루미네선스층은 상기 제 1 전극의 외측면 위에 형성된 발광층과, 상기 발광층의 외측면 위에 형성된 정공 수송층을 구비하고,상기 제 1 전극을 상기 발광층의 재료를 포함하는 제 4 형성액에 침지하는 것과,상기 제 1 전극을 상기 제 4 형성액으로부터 끌어올림으로써, 상기 제 1 전극의 외측면 위에 상기 제 4 형성액으로 이루어지는 제 4 액상막을 형성하는 것과,상기 제 4 액상막을 건조시킴으로써 상기 발광층을 형성하는 것과,상기 발광층을 상기 정공 수송층의 재료를 포함하는 제 5 형성액에 침지하는 것과,상기 발광층을 상기 제 5 형성액으로부터 끌어올림으로써, 상기 발광층의 외측면 위에 상기 제 5 형성액으로 이루어지는 제 5 액상막을 형성하는 것과,상기 제 5 액상막을 건조시킴으로써 상기 정공 수송층을 형성하는 것을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 일렉트로 루미네선스층은 상기 제 1 전극의 외측면 위에 형성된 정공 수송층과, 상기 정공 수송층의 외측면 위에 형성된 발광층을 구비하고,상기 제 1 전극을 상기 정공 수송층의 재료를 포함하는 제 5 형성액에 침지시키는 것과,상기 제 1 전극을 상기 제 5 형성액으로부터 끌어올림으로써, 상기 제 1 전 극의 외측면 위에 상기 제 5 형성액으로 이루어지는 제 5 액상막을 형성하는 것과,상기 제 5 액상막을 건조시킴으로써, 상기 정공 수송층을 형성하는 것과,상기 정공 수송층을 상기 발광층의 재료를 포함하는 제 4 형성액에 침지시키는 것과,상기 정공 수송층을 상기 제 4 형성액으로부터 끌어올림으로써, 상기 정공 수송층 위에 상기 제 4 형성액으로 이루어지는 제 4 액상막을 형성하는 것과,상기 제 4 액상막을 건조시킴으로써 상기 발광층을 형성하는 것을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
