Claims (22)
- N-아세틸시스테인을 유효성분으로 포함하는 줄기세포 분화 유도용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 레티노산 (retinoic acid), 아스코브산(ascorbic acid), 멜라토닌 (melatonine), 사이토카인(cytokine) 및 성장인자로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 분화유도제를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포 분화 유도용 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 분화유도제는 레티노산인 것을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포 분화 유도용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 줄기세포는 배아줄기세포 또는 성체줄기세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포 분화 유도용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 줄기세포의 분화는 신경세포로의 분화인 것을 특징 으로 하는 줄기세포 분화 유도용 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 신경세포는 도파민생성 (dopaminergic) 신경세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포 분화 유도용 조성물.
- N-아세틸시스테인을 유효성분으로 포함하는 줄기세포 분화 유도용 조성물에서 줄기세포를 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 줄기세포 분화 유도 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 분화 유도용 조성물은 레티노산 (retinoic acid), 아스코브산(ascorbic acid), 사이토카인들(cytokine) 및 성장인자들로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 분화유도제를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포 분화 유도 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 분화유도제는 레티노산인 것을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포 분화 유도 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 줄기세포는 배아줄기세포 또는 성체줄기세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포 분화 유도 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 줄기세포의 분화는 신경세포로의 분화인 것을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포 분화 유도 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 신경세포는 도파민생성 (dopaminergic) 신경세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포 분화 유도 방법.
- (a) N-아세틸시스테인을 유효성분으로 포함하는 상기 제1항의 줄기세포 분화 유도용 조성물에서 줄기세포를 배양하여 형성된 줄기세포유사구조체 (embryonic body)를 분리 (dissociation)하여 얻은 세포 또는 상기 줄기세포 분화 유도용 조성물에서 줄기세포를 배양하여 얻은 분화된 신경세포의 약제학적 유효량; 및 (b) 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하는 신경 질환 (neuronal disease)의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 약제학적 조성물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 분화 유도용 조성물은 레티노산 (retinoic acid), 아스코브산(ascorbic acid), 멜라토닌 (melatonine), 사이토카인 (cytokine) 및 성장인자로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 분화유도제를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 분화유도제는 레티노산인 것을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 줄기세포는 배아줄기세포 또는 성체줄기세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 신경세포는 도파민생성 (dopaminergic) 신경세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 줄기세포유사구조체로부터 분리하여 얻은 세포는 활성화된 PI3-키나아제를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 분화된 신경세포는 항-MAP-2 항체 및 항-TH 항체에 의해 이중염색되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 신경 질환은 신경 퇴행성 질환, 및 허혈 또는 재관류에 의한 질환으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 신경 퇴행성 질환은 알쯔하이머병, 헌팅톤 질병, 파킨슨 질병 및 근위축성 측삭 경화증으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 신경 질환인 것을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 허혈 또는 재관류에 의한 질환은 허혈성 뇌졸중인 것을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
