Claims (3)
- 고온의 건조 열풍을 발생하여 송풍하는 온풍기(10)와 상기 온풍기(10)로부터 생성된 건조 열풍을 도입하여 다량의 수분이 함유된 찐벼를 건조시키는 건조대(20)로 구성되고, 관으로 된 열풍로관(p)으로 연결되어 온풍기(10)의 건조 열풍을 건조대(20)로 공급하는 찐쌀제조용 찐벼건조장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 건조대(20)는 상부측에 뚜껑이 없는 큐빅형태이며 열풍이 바닥면으로 부터 분출되도록 구성된 적재실(210)과 적재실(210)의 하부측에 밀폐된 공간으로 열풍관로(p)를 통해 열풍이 인입되고 적재실(210)로 방출되는 구조로 된 열기충만실(220)로 구성된 찐쌀제조용 찐벼건조장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 적재실(210)의 바닥면이자 열기충만실(220)의 천정면인 경계면은 열전도가 잘되는 재질로 구성되고, 다수의 관통구멍인 열풍구(212)가 형성된 다공판(211)이 형성된 찐쌀제조용 찐벼건조장치.
