Claims (17)
- 일단부에서 가압식 물의 공급원에 연결되도록 형성된 입구 단부(18)와 타단부에서 출구(20)를 가진 관통 보어(13)를 구비한 본체 부재(12)와, 관통 보어와 연통하는 제품 통로(21)와 통기구 통로(25)와, 관통 보어에 활주가능하고 회전가능하게 수용된 추출기(11)를 포함하는, 화학 농축물의 상이한 농도를 상이한 유속으로 추출물 용기로부터 물의 스트림 안으로 분배하기 위한 분배기(10)에 있어서,관통 보어(13)에 위치된 가이드 부재(74)와,추출기(11) 상에 위치된 정지 부재(86)와,가이드 부재(74) 위로 통과하기 위한 정지 부재(86)의 적어도 하나의 통로(96)와,가이드 부재(74)를 결합시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 정지면(85)을 포함하고,가이드 부재(74), 정지 부재(86) 및 정지면(85)은 추출기(11)의 축방향 이동을 정지시키지만 통로(96)가 가이드 부재(74)와 정렬될 때 축방향 이동을 허용하도록 구성되고 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추출기는 제1 및 제2 부분으로 구성되고 그 중 하나만이 회전가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 추출기의 제1 부분은 회전가능하고 본체 부재로부터 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 추출기의 제2 부분은 회전가능하지 않고 상기 분배기의 제1 및 제2 부분은 유체 통로에 제품 통로를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유체 통로와 유체 연통하는 회전가능한 추출기에 연결된 희석 조절 부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제품 통로, 본체 부재의 통기구 통로 및 상기 제품 통로와 통기구 통로 양쪽을 밀봉하도록 구성되고 배열된 시일을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 희석 조절 부재는 다수의 상이한 크기의 통로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 본체 부재에 연결된 신장형 관을 더 포함하고, 상기 관은 버켓 상에 현수되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 추출기와 관에 연결된 가요성 튜브 부재를 더 포함하 는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출기에 연결된 스프레이 노즐을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리거 부재는 추출기의 활주가능한 이동을 야기하도록 본체 부재와 추출기에 연결되고 래칭 기구를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 래칭 기구는 리빙 힌지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정지 부재는 선택기 링에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 제13항에 있어서, 인덱싱 부재를 더 포함하고, 상기 인덱싱 부재는 정지면을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 제13항에 있어서, 중간 정지부는 선택기 링에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 일단부에서 가압식 물의 공급원에 연결되도록 형성된 입구 단부(18)와 타단부에서 출구(20)를 가진 관통 보어(13)를 구비한 본체 부재(12)와, 관통 보어와 연통하는 제품 통로(21)와 통기구 통로(25)와, 관통 보어에 활주가능하고 회전가능하게 수용된 추출기(11)를 포함하는, 화학 농축물의 상이한 농도를 상이한 유속으로 추출물 용기로부터 물의 스트림 안으로 분배하기 위한 분배기(10)에 있어서,관통 보어(13)에 위치된 가이드 부재(74)와,추출기(11) 상에 위치된 정지 부재(86)와,통로들 중 하나가 정지면(99)을 구비하고 가이드 부재(74) 위로 통과하기 위한 정지 부재(86)의 적어도 두 개의 통로(96, 97)와,가이드 부재(74)를 결합시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 정지면(85)을 포함하고,가이드 부재(74), 정지 부재(86) 및 정지면(85)은 일 위상에서 추출기의 축방향 이동을 정지시키고, 통로들(96, 97) 중 하나가 제2 위상에서 가이드 부재(74)와 정렬될 때 제1 축방향 이동을 허용하고, 정지면(86)을 가진 통로들(86, 87)의 다른 하나가 제3 위상으로 가이드 부재(74)와 정렬될 때 제2 축방향 이동을 허용하도록 구성되고 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
- 제13항에 있어서, 밸브 부재를 더 포함하고, 상기 밸브 부재는 본체 부재의 관통 보어에 위치되고 추출기와 작동식으로 관련된 제1 및 제2 밸브 부재를 포함하고, 밸브 부재는 추출기가 제3 위상에 있고 제1 밸브 부재가 제2 밸브 부재에 대해 선형 활주가능한 방식으로 이동될 때 제1 유속이 수행되고, 추출기가 제2 위상에 있고 제2 밸브 부재가 제2 밸브 부재에 대해 선형으로 이동되는 제1 밸브 부재를 가진 본체부에 대해 선형 활주가능한 방식으로 이동될 때 증가된 유속이 달성되도록 구성되고 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기.
