Claims (5)
- 게이트 드라이버의 스위칭 제어에 의해 온/오프되는 제1 및 제2스위칭 소자와, 해당 스위칭 소자의 스위칭에 의해 전기적 에너지를 유기시키는 유도 소자를 구비한 파워 모듈 회로에 있어서,상기 게이트 드라이버의 게이트 드라이빙 라인이 길거나, 상기 스위칭 소자의 스위칭 잡음 과다로 발생되는 암 쇼트 전류를 차단시켜 상기 스위칭 소자가 동시에 온되지 않도록 하기 위한 암 쇼트 전류 차단 소자를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 모듈 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 암 쇼트 전류 차단 소자는 상기 스위칭 소자와 하나의 반도체 모듈화되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 모듈 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 암 쇼트 전류 차단 소자는 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 모듈 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 암 쇼트 전류 차단 소자는 입력 측이 상기 제1스위칭 소자의 소스 단자 측, 상기 제2스위칭 소자의 소스 단자의 피드백 측 및 상기 인덕터 측에 연결되며, 출력 측이 상기 제1스위칭 소자의 게이트 단자 측과 상기 제2스위칭 소자의 드레인 단자 측에 연결되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 모듈 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 암 쇼트 전류 차단 소자는 상기 제1스위칭 소자가 온되는 경우에 오프 상태를 유지하여 상기 제1스위칭 소자를 통해 입력되는 전류를 상기 인덕터 측으로 흐르도록 하며, 상기 제2스위칭 소자가 온되는 경우에 온 상태를 유지하여 상기 인덕터를 통해 입력되는 전류를 상기 제2스위칭 소자 측으로 흐르도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 모듈 회로.
