Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 빛을 방사하는 광원;상기 광원으로부터 방사된 빛을 대물면으로 유도하고, 상기 대물면에서 반사된 빛을 센서부로 집광시키기 위한 렌즈부;상기 대물면에서 반사되어 상기 렌즈부를 통해 집광된 빛을 감지하기 위한 센서부; 및상기 센서부로 유입되는 잡광을 제거하기 위한 광 정합 필터를 포함하는 광 정합 필터를 내장한 포인팅 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 광 정합 필터는 상기 대물면과 센서부 사이 결상계광축 상에 구비되는 광 정합 필터를 내장한 포인팅 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 광 정합 필터는 상기 대물면과 일체형으로 구비되는 광 정합 필터를 내장한 포인팅 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 광 정합 필터는 상기 센서부와 일체형으로 구비되는 광 정합 필터를 내장한 포인팅 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광 정합 필터는 상기 광원으로부터 방사되는 빛의 주파수와 동일한 주파수의 빛은 통과시키고, 다른 주파수의 빛은 흡수 또는 반사시키는 광 정합 필터를 내장한 포인팅 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,복수개의 상기 광 정합 필터를 이용하여 광 정합 필터 어레이를 형성하는 경우, 상기 광 정합 필터 어레이를 형성하는 상기 광 정합 필터는 상기 광 정합 필터 어레이를 통과한 빛의 조도가 균일하도록 빛 차단율이 각각 조절되는 광 정합 필터를 내장한 포인팅 장치.
