Description
Claims (12)
- 복수의 수동발광형의 제1램프가 배열된 제1발광부;상기 제1발광부 하부에, 복수의 자체발광형의 제2램프가 배열된 제2발광부;상기 제1발광부와 제2발광부 사이에 개재되어 상기 제2발광부로부터 입사된 광을 제1발광부로 안내하는 도광판;상기 제2발광부 하부에 마련된 반사판; 및상기 제1발광부 상부에 마련된 광산란수단을 포함하는 액정표시장치의 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1램프는 냉음극형광램프(CCFL: Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp), 열음극형광램프(HCFL: Hot Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) 중의 하나로 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2램프는 EL(Electro Luminescence), LED(Light Emitting Diode) 중의 하나로 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2램프의 상부에 일대일 대응이 되도록 배치되어, 상기 제2램프로부터 수직으로 입사되는 광을 측면으로 산란시키는 다이버터 (diverter)를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 다이버터는 상기 제2램프와 대응하는 상기 도광판의 배면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 다이버터는 상기 제2램프와 대응하는 상기 도광판의 상면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 다이버터는 상기 제2램프와 대응하는 상기 도광판의 배면 및 상면에 각각 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도광판은 PMMA(Poly Methly Meth Acrylate), 유리기판, PC(Poly Carbonate) 중 어느 하나로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광산란수단은,상기 제1 및 제2발광부로부터 입사되는 빛을 분산시키는 확산판;상기 확산판 상부로 투과되어 반사되는 광의 정면휘도를 향상시키는 프리즘시트;상기 프리즘시트 상부에 부착된 보호시트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치의 백라이트 유닛.
- 액정패널과, 상기 액정패널에 광을 공급하는 백라이트 유닛으로 구성되며, 상기 백라이트 유닛은,복수의 수동발광형 램프가 배열된 제1발광부;상기 제1발광부 하부에, 복수의 자체발광형 램프가 배열된 제2발광부;상기 제1발광부와 제2발광부 사이에 개재되어 상기 제2발광부로부터 입사된 광을 제1발광부로 안내하는 도광판;상기 제2발광부 하부에 마련된 반사판; 및상기 제1발광부 상부에 마련된 광산란수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 수동발광형 램프는 냉음극형광램프(CCFL: Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp), 열음극형광램프(HCFL: Hot Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) 중의 하나로 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 자체발광형 램프는 EL(Electro Luminescence), LED(Light Emitting Diode) 중의 하나로 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
