Claims (3)
- 윗부분 (10A) 과 아래부분 (10B) 으로 구성되어 완전히 밀폐되며 그 내부 공간에는 증류수 (40) 가 채워지는 하우징과;하우징 윗부분에 위치하여 외부의 일산화탄소 가스가 유입할 수 있는 유입구 (12) 와;상기 유입구 (12) 를 막고 있으면서 물방울이 입구를 막는 것을 배제 시키고 가스만을 통과 시키는 다공성 VYON (11) 과;상기 유입구 (12) 아래 위치하면서 유입구를 통해 들어온 가스가 확산하여 투과할 수 있는 다공성 멤브레인 (13) 과;상기 다공성 멤브레인 (13) 의 아래에 이온이 전도할 수 있는 특성을 지니는 프로톤 전도성 멤브레인 (14)과;상기 프로톤 전도성 멤브레인 (14) 의 유입구 (12) 방향면으로 코팅된 반응전극 (20)과;상기 반응전극 (20) 이 코팅된 프로톤 전도성 멤브레인 (14) 의 반대면에 코팅된 기준전극 (21) 및 상대전극 (22) 과;상기 반응전극 (20) 과 상대전극 (22) 사이에 흐르는 전류를 측정하고 상기 기준전극 (21) 에 전위를 가할 수 있게 연결 되어 있는 반응전극 Ni PCB 핀 (31), 기준전극 Ni PCB 핀 (32), 그리고 상대전극 Ni PCB 핀 (33) 으로 구성된 것에 있어서;외부에서 유입구 (12) 를 통해 유입된 일산화탄소 가스가 다공성 VYON (13) 과 다 공성 멤브레인 (13) 을 통해 확산되어 기준전극 (21)에 의해 일정한 전위가 유지되고 있는 반응전극 (20) 에서 반응하여 수소이온을 발생하며, 발생된 수소이온은 증류수 (40) 에 의해 상대습도가 100% 로 유지 되고 있는 프로톤 전도성 멤브레인 (14) 을 통해 상대전극 (22) 에서 반응함으로써 외부의 일산화 탄소 농도에 비례하여 전류를 발생시키는 고체 전해질의 전기화학식 일산화탄소 가스센서.
- 청구항 제 1항에 있어서 상기 기준전극 (21) 과 상대전극 (22) 을 반응전극 (20) 이 형성된 프로톤 전도성 멤브레인 (14) 의 반대면에 형성 함에있어서;반응전극 (20) 과 기준전극 (21) 간의 거리와 반응전극 (20) 과 상대전극 (22) 의 거리를 동일하게 형성하는 방법.
- 청구항 제 1항에 있어서 하우징 아랫부분 (10B) 에 가스 유입구 (17) 을 형성 하여 준 후 이를 하이드로 포빅 특성을 지니는 다공성 멤브레인 (16) 으로 막아줌에 있어서;외부에 존재하는 산소 가스는 유입 될 수 있게 하며 반면에 하우징 (10) 에 충전되어있는 증류수 (40) 는 유출 되지 않게 하는 방법.
