Claims (2)
- 윗부분 (10A) 과 아래부분 (10B) 으로 구성되어 완전히 밀폐되며 그 내부 공간에는 전해액이 채워지는 하우징과;하우징 윗부분에 위치하여 외부의 산소가스 유입할 수 있는 유입구 (12) 와;상기 유입구 (12) 아래 위치하면서 외부에서 유입된 가스가 확산하여 투과할 수 있는 다공성 멤브레인 (13) 과;상기 다공성 멤브레인 (13) 의 아래에 밀착되어 있으면서 유입된 산소를 분해하여 이온을 발생하게 하는 촉매성질을 지니고 있는 음극물질 (15) 이 상기 유입구 (12) 반대쪽에 코팅된 다공성 PTFE 디스크 (14) 와;전해액으로 젖 셔져 있으면서 상기 음극 (15) 에서 발생한 이온이 양극 (40) 으로 이동할 수 있도록 하되 상기 음극 (15) 과 양극 (40) 이 직접 접촉하는 것을 억제하는 분리체 (30) 와;상기 음극 (15) 에서 발생한 이온이 반응하여 전자를 발생할 수 있는 납으로 만들어진 양극 (40) 과;상기 음극 (15) 과 양극 (40) 사이에서 발생하는 전류를 측정할 수 있도록 하는 음극 전류 컬렉터 (20) 와 양극 전류 컬렉터 (22) 그리고 Ni PCB 핀 (23) 으로 구성된 것에 있어서;외부에서 유입구 (12) 를 통해 유입된 산소가스가 다공성 멤브레인 (13) 과 다공성 PTFE 디스크 (14) 를 통해 확산되어 음극물질에서 (15) 과 반응하여 이온을 발생 하며, 발생된 이온은 전해액이 젖셔져 있는 분리체 (30) 를 통해 양극 (40) 에서 반응 함으로써 외부의 산소농도에 비례하여 전류를 발생시키는 전기화학식 산소 가스센서.
- 청구항 제 1항에 있어서 상기 음극물질 (15) 을 다공성 PTFE 디스크 (14) 에 도너츠 형태로 코팅함으로써 유입된 산소가스중 다공성 멤브레인 (13) 과 다공성 PTFE 디스크 (14) 를 통해 횡 방향으로 확산되어 들어온 산소에만 반응하도록 한 전기화학식 산소 가스센서.
