Claims (9)
- 수직축에 대해 회전하는 터빈 하우징(30) 내에 장착된 터빈을 포함하는 조력 발전장치에 있어서,상기 터빈(10)은 하부부분이 터빈 하우징의 하부 부분에서 선회가능하게 지지되고, 수평평면내의 상부부분에서 터빈 하우징의 내부벽 부분과 연결되는 복수의 회전 요소(36)로 지지되는 지지칼럼(22)에 연결되고,이에따라, 상기 터빈이 물이 흐르는 방향에 대해 최적으로 위치도도록 상기 터빈 하우징내에서 선택적으로 회전될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조력 발전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 회전요소(36)가 터빈의 선택적인 회전을 일으키도록 작동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 조력 발전장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 회전요소가 수압 또는 전기적으로 작동되는 휠인 것을 특징으로 하는 조력 발전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 터빈 블레이드(12)에 의해 한정되는 직경과 동일한 크기로 터빈 하우징의 흐름 개구부(32)가 감소하도록 상기 터빈방향으로 부분이 테이퍼 형상으로 형성되는 회전요소와 터빈(10)사이의 지지칼럼상에 요소(28)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조력 발전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 지지칼럼보다 큰 원주를 가지는 지지칼럼상의 수평평면내에 원형 요소(28)상에 씰(34)이 배치되고 상기 요소가 터빈(10)과 회전요소(36)사이에 배치되며 상기 씰은 원형요소(28)의 가장 큰 원주를 따라 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조력 발전장치.
- 제 1항 및 5항에 있어서, 상기 씰(34)이 터빈 하우징의 내부 벽 주위부분과 선택적으로 접촉되어, 터빈 하우징(30)으로 작동시 터빈으로부터의 진동을 방지하고 상기 원형요소(28)위의 공간으로 물이들어가는 것을 방지하도록 의도하는 위치내에 지지칼럼을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조력 발전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지지칼럼(22)의 하나이상의 부분이 작동하는 동안 물흐름이 터빈 블레이드(2)를 통과하는 회전방향과 반대방향인 주어진 회전방향으로 물흐름을 발생시키도록 가이드 베인 형태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조력 발전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 터빈(10)과 발전기(38)사이의 에너지 전달이 상기 지지칼럼(22)내의 내부통로를 통하여 이루어지고 상기 발전기가 상기 원형요소(28), 특히 상기 터빈 하우징(30)위의 높이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조력 발전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 터빈의 상부부분이 기록된 통상 물 높이이상의 높이가 되도록, 상기 터빈하우징(30)이 발전되고 해저에 설치된 위치로 부유될 수 있는 조립식 요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 조력 발전장치.
