Description
Claims (3)
- 일정한 저항을 갖는 선재로 만들어져 전원의 공급에 의해 발열되는 열선과;상기 열선 주위를 감싸며 발열 도선을 절연시키기 위한 내부 절연층과;상기 내부 절연층상의 외주면에 나선형으로 권선되며 발열 온도를 감지하는 온도 감지선과;상기 내부 절연층상의 외주면에 상기 온도 감지선과 나란하게 나선형으로 권선되며 한쪽 끝은 상기 열선과 접속되고 이 열선에 전원을 공급하는 전원 공급선과;상기 내부 절연층상의 외주면에 나란히 권선된 상기 온도 감지선 및 전원 공급선을 감싸는 구조로 상기 온도 감지선과 전원 공급선에 대하여 절연체 및 유전체 역할을 하는 층이며, 이 층과 접해서 상기 온도 감지선과 전원 공급선간에 발생되는 커패시턴스(정전용량)의 변화로 발열선의 발열 온도가 상기 온도 감지선에 의해 감지되는 열 감지층과;상기 열 감지층 주위를 감싸며 이 열 감지층의 외주에 형성된 외부 절연층;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 감지기가 내장된 전자파 차폐용 발열선.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 열 감지층의 재질은 써미스터용 나일론 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 감지기가 내장된 전자파 차폐용 발열선.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 외부 절연층의 재질은 PVC인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 감지기가 내장된 전자파 차폐용 발열선.
