Claims (8)
- 전기에너지를 공급하기 위한 통전선을 면직물의 앞면에 고정시키는 단계;상기 면직물을 뒤집어 뒷면의 전체면에 상기 통전선과 접착이 이루어지는 발열소재를 도포하는 단계; 및상기 발열소재 상부와 상기 면직물의 앞면에 각각 표지를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 면상 발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 통전선을 고정시키기 전에,상기 면직물의 뒷면에 상기 통전선을 고정시키기 위한 폴리올레핀계 수지를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 면상 발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 폴리올레핀계 수지는, 압출코팅방식을 이용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 통전선을 면직물의 앞면에 고정시키는 단계는,압출코팅방식으로 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 면직물은, 상기 발열소재를 머금을 수 있는 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열소재를 도포하는 단계는,그라비아인쇄방식을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 발열소재는, 적층하여 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 발열소재는, 탄소혼합용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체의 제조 방법.
