Claims (6)
- 솔레노이드 밸브를 듀티 구동하는 솔레노이드 밸브 제어 장치이며, 듀티 구동의 온 기간 초기 단계의 과여자 기간에는 솔레노이드 밸브의 코일에 전원 전압에 따른 과여자 전압을 인가하고, 듀티 구동의 온 기간의 나머지 보유 지지 기간에는 상기 코일에 과여자 전압보다도 낮은 보유 지지 전압을 인가하는 솔레노이드 밸브 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 과여자 기간에 쵸퍼 제어를 실행함으로써, 상기 과여자 전압의 실효치를 저하시키는 과여자 전압 제어 수단을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 구동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과여자 전압 제어 수단은 전원 전압이 미리 설정된 기준치를 초과하는 경우에, 상기 쵸퍼 제어를 실행하여 상기 과여자 전압의 실효치를 저하시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 과여자 전압 제어 수단은 전원 전압이 높을수록 상기 쵸퍼 제어의 듀티비를 저하시키고, 상기 과여자 전압의 실효치를 저하시키는 비율을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 과여자 전압 제어 수단은 솔레노이드 밸브에 흐르는 오일의 온도가 미리 설정된 기준치를 초과하는 경우에, 상기 쵸퍼 제어를 실행하여 상기 과여자 전압의 실효치를 저하시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 과여자 전압 제어 수단은 솔레노이드 밸브에 흐르는 오일의 온도가 높을수록 상기 쵸퍼 제어의 듀티비를 저하시키고, 상기 과여자 전압의 실효치를 저하시키는 비율을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 솔레노이드 밸브에 흐르는 오일의 온도가 증가하는 데 따라서, 상기 과여자 기간을 감소 방향으로 변화시키는 과여자 기간 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브 제어 장치.
