Claims (10)
- 무선 통신 방법에 있어서,채널상의 복수의 프레임들을 감시하는 단계; 및적어도 하나의 프레임내에서 그리고 적어도 2개의 프레임들을 포함하는 슬라이딩 윈도우에 걸쳐 섹터 스위칭 지시기(SSI: sector switching indicator)를 검출하는 단계를 포함하는 무선 통신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 검출 단계에 기초하여 스위치 검출 판단을 실시하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 무선 통신 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 실시 단계의 상기 스위치 검출 판단은 예비 스위치 검출 판단이고, 상기 방법은 복수의 예비 스위치 검출 판단들에 기초하여 최종 스위치 검출 판단을 실시하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 무선 통신 방법.
- 섹터 스위칭 지시기(SSI)를 검출하는 방법에 있어서,서빙 섹터(serving sector)를 식별하는 단계;적어도 2개의 액티브 세트 섹터들을 식별하는 단계;상기 적어도 2개의 액티브 세트 섹터들과 연관된 적어도 하나의 채널상의 복수의 프레임들을 감시하는 단계; 및적어도 하나의 프레임내에서 그리고 적어도 2개의 프레임들을 포함하는 슬라이딩 윈도우내에서 SSI를 검출하는 단계를 포함하는 섹터 스위칭 지시기 검출 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 검출 단계에 기초하여 스위치 검출 판단을 실시하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 섹터 스위칭 지시기 검출 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 실시 단계의 상기 스위치 검출 판단은 예비 스위치 검출 판단이고, 상기 방법은 상기 적어도 하나의 액티브 세트 섹터에 대응하는 복수의 예비 스위치 검출 판단들에 기초하여 최종 스위치 검출 판단을 실시하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 섹터 스위칭 지시기 검출 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 검출 단계는,상기 서빙 섹터에 대한 정상 채널 품질 보고에 대응하는 서빙 메트릭(serving metric)을 얻고,상기 SSI가 상기 액티브 세트 섹터들 중 어떤 섹터에 전송되었을 가장 높은 확률에 대응하는 타겟 메트릭을 얻음으로써, 상기 슬라이딩 윈도우내에서 상기 SSI를 검출하는, 섹터 스위칭 지시기 검출 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,복수의 타겟 메트릭들을 상기 슬라이딩 윈도우에 걸쳐 누적하는 단계;복수의 타겟 메트릭들 중 가장 큰 타겟 메트릭을 선택하는 단계; 및상기 가장 큰 타겟 메트릭이 상기 서빙 메트릭과 임계값의 합보다 크다면, SSI가 전송되었을 가능성을 지시하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 섹터 스위칭 지시기 검출 방법.
- 섹터 스위칭 지시기(SSI)를 검출하는 방법에 있어서,복수의 스위치 검출 판단들을 기저 대역 프로세서 스테이지에서 실시하는 단계로서, 각각의 예비 스위치 검출 판단은 복수의 액티브 세트 섹터들 중 하나에 대응하는, 상기 실시 단계;기지국 스테이지에서 상기 복수의 예비 스위치 검출 판단들에 기초하여 제 2 스위치 검출 판단을 실시하는 단계; 및상기 SSI가 전송되었는지를 상기 기지국 스테이지에서의 상기 제 2 스위치 검출 판단에 기초하여 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 섹터 스위칭 지시기 검출 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 스위치 검출 판단을 실시하는 단계는 복수의 제 2 스위치 검출 판단들을 실시하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 검출 단계는,상기 복수의 제 2 스위치 검출 판단들에 기초하여 제 3 스위치 검출 판단을 실시하는 단계; 및상기 SSI가 전송되었는지를 상기 제 3 스위치 검출 판단으로부터 결정하는 단계를 포함하는, 섹터 스위칭 지시기 검출 방법.
