Claims (9)
- 하부기판 및 상부기판;상기 하부기판 상에 형성된 배선층;상기 배선층 하부에 형성되어, 상기 배선층에서 반사된 광을 재반사하기 위한 반사층; 및상기 하부기판 및 상부기판 사이에 형성된 액정층을 포함하여 구성된 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반사층은 그 일정부분은 상기 배선층과 오버랩되고 다른 일정부분은 배선층 외부로 돌출된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반사층은 그 상면이 엠보싱 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 배선층은 그 하면이 엠보싱 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상부기판 상에 광누설을 차단하기 위한 차광층, 상기 차광층 상부에 컬러필터층, 및 상기 컬러필터층 상부에 공통전극이 형성되어 있고,상기 차광층의 일단과 상기 하부기판 상의 반사층의 일단이 서로 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배선층은 게이트배선, 및 상기 게이트배선 상부에서 상기 게이트배선과 교차되도록 형성되는 데이터배선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 반사층은 상기 데이터배선 하부에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 반사층은 상기 게이트배선과 동일층에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 반사층은 상기 게이트배선 하부에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
