Claims (13)
- 피부암 진단을 위한 라만 분광법에서 공초점 슬릿 조정을 사용하여 라만 신호를 방해하는 조직으로부터의 자기-형광(Auto-fluorescence) 신호를 감소시키는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공초점 슬릿 조정은 2 슬릿 공초점 정렬(two-slit confocal arrangement)을 사용하여 제1 공초점 슬릿은 10 - 20 μm의 폭으로 세팅하고 제 2슬릿은 스펙트로미터 슬릿에 수직으로 정렬된 CCD 검출기상의 두개의 픽셀 로우(pixel rows)로부터 가상 제2 슬릿을 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 아미드(amide) I 모드, 아미드(amide) III 모드와 PO2- 대칭성 스트레칭 모드에서 정상 및 피부암 조직사이의 뚜렷한 라만 밴드 차이들을 스펙트럼 데이터의 통계적 처리 없이 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 공초점 라만 뎁스 프로파일링(confocal Raman depth profiling) 기술을 사용하여 주변의 비-암성 조직으로부터 피부암 조직을 정확히 분별하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 공초점 라만 분광법을 이용한 피부암의 진단 방법에서 있어서, 공초점 슬릿 조정을 사용하여 라만 신호를 방해하는 조직으로부터의 자기-형광(Auto-fluorescence) 신호를 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부암 진단 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 피부암은 기저세포 암종(BCC)인 것을 특징으로 하는 피부암 진단 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 공초점 슬릿 조정은 2 슬릿 공초점 정렬(two-slit confocal arrangement)을 사용하여 제1 공초점 슬릿은 10-20 μm의 폭으로 세팅하고 제 2슬릿은 스펙트로미터 슬릿에 수직으로 정렬된 CCD 검출기상의 두개의 픽셀 로우(pixel rows)로부터 가상 제2 슬릿을 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부암 진단 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 정상 및 피부암 조직사이의 스펙트럼 차이를 스펙트럼 데이터의 통계적 처리 없이 직접적 관찰함으로써 진단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부암 진단 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 스펙트럼에서 라만 시프트(Raman shift) 1000-1700 cm-1 영역의 강도(intensity) 변화를 관찰하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부암 진단 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 아미드(amide) I 모드, 아미드(amide) III 모드와 PO2- 대칭성 스트레칭 모드에서 정상 및 피부암 조직사이의 뚜렷한 라만 밴드 차이들을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부암 진단 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 아미드(amide) I 모드는 라만 시프트(Raman shift) 1580-1610 cm-1 영역에서, 아미드(amide) III 모드는 라만 시프트 1320-1340 cm-1 영역에서, PO2- 대칭성 스트레칭 모드는 라만 시프트 1030-1060 cm-1 영역에서 라만 밴드 가 발견되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부암 진단 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 공초점 라만 뎁스 프로파일링(confocal Raman depth profiling) 기술을 사용하여 주변의 비-암성 조직으로부터 피부암 조직을 정확히 분별하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부암 진단 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 공초점 라만 뎁스 프로파일링은 1-2 μm 정도의 초점 크기를 가지는 레이저 광을 30-40 μm 간격으로 연속 주사하여 시그널을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부암 진단 방법.
