Claims (5)
- 각 단계를 수행하기 위한 일련의 롤에 의해 필름을 연속적으로 이동시키면서,1) 기재 필름 위에 제 1 폴리머를 코팅하여 하부 클래드층을 형성하는 단계,2) 하부 클래드층 위에 제 1 폴리머보다 굴절률이 큰 제 2 폴리머를 코팅하여 코어층을 형성하는 단계,3) 코어층이 형성된 필름을, 패턴-형성된 포토마스크의 아래를 통과하게 하면서 자외선을 조사하여 경화시키는 단계,4) 경화된 코어층을 가진 필름을 현상액에 침지시켜 코어층을 습식 식각에 의해 패터닝하는 단계,5) 패터닝된 코어층을 하소한 후 그 위에 제 2 폴리머보다 굴절율이 작은 제 3 폴리머를 코팅하여 상부 클래드층을 형성하는 단계를 수행하는 것을 포함하는, 광도파로(light waveguide)를 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 4)를, 현상액을 포함하고 현상액 내부에 롤이 위치되어 있는 세정장비를 이용하여 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 폴리머, 제 2 폴리머 또는 제 3 폴리머가 에폭시계 또는 아크릴레이트계 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,형성되는 하부 클래드층 및 상부 클래드층의 두께가 코어층 두께의 1/4 내지 1/3 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,형성되는 하부 클래드층 및 상부 클래드층의 두께가 10 내지 20 ㎛ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
