Claims (11)
- 화소전극이 형성된 엑티브 영역과, 게이트 패드 및 데이터 패드가 형성된 패드 영역을 포함하는 하부 기판;컬러 필터층과 블랙 매트릭스가 형성된 엑티브 영역이 형성된 상부 기판;상기 상부 기판 또는 하부 기판의 엑티브 영역 외곽 둘레를 따라 형성되어, 상기 상부 기판과 하부 기판을 합착시키는 실패턴; 및상기 실패턴과 패드 영역의 빛샘을 차단하기 위하여 외곽 둘레를 따라 차단막이 형성된 편광판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상부 기판 상에 형성되는 블랙 매트릭스중 외곽 영역에 형성된 블랙 매트릭스는 상기 상부 기판과 하부 기판을 합착하는 실패턴 내측에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실패턴은 상기 상부 기판의 글라스와 직접 접촉되어 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 편광판 상에 형성되는 차단막은 수지계열의 잉크인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 잉크는 아크릴계 수지, 흑색으로된 피그먼트(pigment), 분산제 성분으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상부 기판의 배면 상에는 정전기 방지를 위한 금속층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하부 기판 상에는 화소 전극과 공통 전극이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 광을 편광시키는 편광판과, 상기 편광판 둘레를 따라 광차단을 위하여 차단막이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판 구조.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 편광판 상에 형성되는 차단막은 수지계열의 잉크인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판 구조.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 잉크는 아크릴계 수지, 흑색으로된 피그먼트(pigment), 분산제 성분으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판 구조.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 차단막의 폭은 액정표시장치의 상부 기판과 하부 기판을 합착시키는 실패턴 형성 영역으로부터 기판 외곽 영역까지의 폭인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판 구조.
