Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 서로 다른 극성의 두 전극 및 상기 두 전극의 전기적 단락을 방지하는 세퍼레이터를 포함하여 이루어진 젤리롤 형 전극 조립체 및 상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 외장재가 구비되고,상기 전극 조립체의 상기 두 전극에는 상기 두 전극을 상기 외장재를 통과하여 외부 회로와 연결시키는 서로 다른 재질의 탭들이 구비되는 이차전지에 있어서,상기 탭들 가운데 인장 강도가 보다 강한 재질의 탭의 두께를 인장 강도가 보다 약한 재질의 탭의 두께보다 얇게 형성함을 특징으로 하는 젤리롤 형 전극 조립체를 가지는 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탭들의 인장 강도의 차이가 상기 탭들 가운데 한 탭의 인장 강도 값을 기준으로 20%이내가 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 젤리롤 형 전극 조립체를 가지는 이차전지.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 탭들은 알미늄 및 니켈 재질로 각각 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 젤리롤 형 전극 조립체를 가지는 이차전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 탭들 가운데 니켈 재질의 탭은 알미늄 재질의 탭 두께의 60% 이하로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 젤리롤형 전극 조립체를 가지는 이차전지.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 탭들 가운데 니켈 재질의 탭은 알미늄 재질의 탭 두께의 50%의 두께로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 젤리롤 형 전극 조립체를 가지는 이차전지.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 탭들 가운데 인장 강도가 보다 강한 재질의 탭의 위치가 상기 젤리롤 형 전극 조립체의 롤 중심부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 젤리롤 형 전극 조립체를 가지는 이차전지.
