Description
Claims (17)
- 표면에 서로 결합된 적어도 두 장의 단단한 창유리(pane)(2 및 4), 특히 유리판(glass pane)을 포함하는 적층형 패널 요소(laminated panel element)로서,상기 창유리는 각각 그 전체 표면에 전극(6)을 통해 전압을 가함으로써 가열될 수 있는 전기 전도성 코팅(5)을 구비한, 적층형 패널 요소에 있어서,상기 두 장의 단단한 창유리 중 하나는 연결 영역에 컷아웃부(cut-out)(9)를 구비하고, 이 컷아웃부는 상기 두 코팅(5)과 전기적으로 접촉하는 외부 전기 연결부(12, 14 및 15)의 통과를 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 서로 면한 상기 두 장의 단단한 창유리(2 및 4)의 두 표면은 상기 창유리를 결합시키는 접착층(3)의 한쪽 면에 전기 전도성 코팅(5)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 적층형 패널 요소는 그 표면에 결합된 적어도 제 3 단단한 창유리(20)를 포함하고,적어도 하나의 상기 전기 전도성 코팅(5)은 상기 중심의 단단한 창유리(4)의 양면에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 둘 또는 모든 상기 코팅(5)은 상기 컷아웃부(9)에 고정 방식으로 배치된 연결 디바이스(10, 11 및 12)에 의해 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 둘 또는 모든 상기 코팅(5)은 직렬 회로 및/또는 병렬 회로 내에서, 선택적으로 각각 사용될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅(5)은 동일한 물질 및/또는 동일한 층 구성으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
- 제 1항 내기 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅(5)은 서로 다른 물질 및/또는 층 구성으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 코팅(5)의 전류는, 항상 상기 코팅의 국부적인 절연 분할에 의해 생성된 미리 결정된 경로를 따라 상기 연결 영역 내에 배치된 두 전극(6) 사이에서 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 코팅의 효과적인 온도를 검출하기 위한 온도 검출기(temperature probe)를 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패 널 요소.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 미리 결정된 온도 한계를 초과할 때, 상기 가열 전류의 중단 또는 감소를 위해, 상기 온도 검출기에 의해 제어될 수 있는 스위칭 요소를 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 연결 영역은 마스크(mask)에 의해 시각적으로 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 시각적인 마스크는 상기 압축 응력을 받은 창유리(2)를 위한 불투명한 유리 페이스트(paste)를 사용함으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
- 제 11항 또는 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 시각적인 마스크는 불투명한 장식(8)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 불투명한 장식(8)은 상기 창유리(2)의 표면과 상기 가열 코팅(5) 사이에 박층으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전극(6)은 상기 가열 코 팅(5)의 증착 전 또는 후에 전기 전도성 스크린 프린팅 페이스트의 도포 및 열처리에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 전극(6)은 시각적인 장식 요소의 형태로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
- 제 1항 내지 제 16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 제거 가능한 전기 접촉, 특히 스프링 접촉(14 및 15)에 의해 외부 연결부에 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 요소.
