Claims (8)
- 구동원의 회전토오크를 종동부하로 전달하는 트랜스미션 샤프트에 있어서,상기 트랜스미션 샤프트에는 그 원주방향으로 진행하며 샤프트의 외부와 내부를 연결하는 관통슬릿이 형성되되, 상기 관통슬릿을 사이에 두고 단절되어 상호 대향하는 샤프트의 두께면 중 일측 두께면에는 타측 두께면측으로 돌출된 다수의 삽입볼록부가 형성되고, 상기 타측 두께면에는 상기 삽입볼록부를 그 내부에 수용하여 유지하는 수용오목부가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 트랜스미션 샤프트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 관통슬릿은 트랜스미션 샤프트의 원주방향으로 진행하여 샤프트를 한바퀴 돌아 그 양단이 서로 만나고, 상호 이격된 상태로 샤프트의 길이방향으로 하나 이상 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 트랜스미션 샤프트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 관통슬릿은 트랜스미션 샤프트의 원주방향을 따라 진행함과 동시에 샤프트의 길이방향을 따라 나선형으로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 트랜스미션 샤프트.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 선택된 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 수용오목부가 삽입볼록부를 그 내부에 수용하여 유지시킬 수 있도록 수용오목부의 최소 개방폭은 삽입볼록부의 최대 폭보다 좁은 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 트랜스미션 샤프트.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 선택된 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 삽입볼록부가 수용오목부에 삽입된 상태로 움직임이 가능하도록 삽입볼록부와 수용오목부의 대향 두께면은 소정간격 이격된 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 트랜스미션 샤프트.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 선택된 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 관통슬릿은 반복된 S자형의 진행 패턴을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 트랜스미션 샤프트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 플렉시블 트랜스미션 샤프트의 일단부에는 샤프트의 길이방향을 따라 형성되며 외부로부터 토오크를 제공받는 제 1홈이 형성되고, 타단부에는 샤프트의 길이방향으로 형성되며 외부로 토오크를 제공하는 제 2홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 트랜스미션 샤프트.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제 1홈은 죔용 렌치를 끼울 수 있는 홈이고, 제 2홈은 체결부속을 수용 지지할 수 있는 수용홈인 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 트랜스미션 샤프트.
