Claims (21)
- 다공성 지지층과, 상기 다공성 지지층 상에 형성된 폴리아미드 복합막을 포함하고, 상기 폴리아미드 복합막 표면에 알콕시 실란계 화합물을 점착 코팅 또는 가교시켜 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시 실란계 화합물은 알콕시 관능기를 1 내지 3개 포함하며, 단독 또는 혼합하여 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시 실란계 화합물은 트리알콕시알킬실란, 디알콕시디알킬실란, 또는 알콕시트리알킬실란임을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시 관능기와 알킬 관능기는 탄소수 1 내지 5인 포화탄화수소로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 관능기는 아민 관능기, 알데하이드 관능기, 산 관능기, 에테르 관능기, 케톤 관능기, 알콜 관능기, 에스테르 관능기, 할로겐 관능기, 방향족 관능기를 적어도 하나 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시 실란계 화합물은 (트리플루오로메틸)트리메톡시실란, (3, 3, 3-트리플루오로프로필)트리메톡시실란, 또는 3-아미노프로필-메톡시-디에톡시실란임을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막.
- 제3항에 있어서, 트리메틸메톡시실란, 트리메틸에톡시실란, 트리메틸프로폭시실란, 디메틸에틸메톡시실란, 디메틸에틸에톡시실란, 디메틸에틸프로폭시실란, 디에틸메틸메톡시실란, 디에틸메틸에톡시실란, 디에틸메틸프록폭시실란, 메틸트리메톡시실란, 에틸트리메톡시실란, 프로필트리메톡시실란, 에틸트리에톡시실란, 프로필트리에톡시실란, 메틸트리프로폭시실란, 에틸트리프로폭시실란, 및 프로필트리프로폭시실란으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 알콕시 실란계 화합물을 단독 또는 혼합하여 사용함을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 복합막은 상기 다공성 지지층 상에 다관능성 아민용액을 도포하고, 다관능성아실 할라이드, 다관능성술포닐 할라이드, 및 다관능성이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 아민 반응성 화합물을 함유한 유기용액과 계면 중합시켜 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막.
- 다공성 지지체 상에 폴리아미드 복합막을 형성한 후, 상기 폴리아미드 복합막을 알콕시 실란계 화합물의 수용액으로 코팅 또는 침지한 후 건조하고 염기성 수용액으로 수세하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시 실란계 화합물의 농도는 0.1∼4 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시 실란계 화합물의 수용액을 상기 폴리아미드 복합막 표면에 코팅한 후 25∼100℃ 범위 내에서 열풍 건조함을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 열풍 건조 온도는 40∼95℃임을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 복합막을 25∼100℃에서 상기 알콕시 실란계 화합물의 수용액에 침지한 후 상온 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 침지 온도는 40∼95℃임을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제9항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시 실란계 화합물은 알콕시 관능기를 1 내지 3개 포함하며, 단독 또는 혼합용액으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시 실란계 화합물은 트리알콕시알킬실란, 디알콕시디알킬실란, 또는 알콕시트리알킬실란임을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시 관능기와 알킬 관능기는 탄소수 1 내지 5인 포화탄화수소로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 관능기는 아민 관능기, 알데하이드 관능기, 산 관능기, 에테르 관능기, 케톤 관능기, 알콜 관능기, 에스테르 관능기, 할로겐 관능기, 방향족 관능기를 적어도 하나 함유함을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시 실란계 화합물은 (트리플루오로메틸)트리메톡시실란, (3, 3, 3-트리플루오로프로필)트리메톡시실란, 또는 3-아미노프로필-메톡시-디에톡시실란임을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 트리메틸메톡시실란, 트리메틸에톡시실란, 트리메틸프로폭시실란, 디메틸에틸메톡시실란, 디메틸에틸에톡시실란, 디메틸에틸프로폭시실란, 디에틸메틸메톡시실란, 디에틸메틸에톡시실란, 디에틸메틸프록폭시실란, 메틸트리메톡시실란, 에틸트리메톡시실란, 프로필트리메톡시실란, 에틸트리에톡시실란, 프로필트리에톡시실란, 메틸트리프로폭시실란, 에틸트리프로폭시실란, 및 프로필트리프로폭시실란으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 알콕시 실란계 화합물을 단독 또는 혼합하여 사용함을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 다관능성아민 용액을 상기 다관능성 지지층 상에 피복한 후, 여분의 용액을 제거하고, 다관능성아실할라이드, 다관능성술포닐할라이드, 및 다관능성이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 아민 반응성 화합물을 함유한 유기용액을 접촉시켜 계면 중합에 의해 상기 폴리아미드 막을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 실란-폴리아미드 복합막의 제조방법.
