Claims (3)
- 먼지 또는 분진을 포집하는 필터를 세정하기 위해 저장된 고온의 물을 공급하기 위한 물 생성 및 공급수단과, 고온의 공기를 공급하기 위한 압축공기 생성 및 공급수단과, 상기 압축공기 생성 및 공급수단과 고온 물 생성 및 공급수단에 각각 구비되어 고온의 공기와 고온의 물 공급을 제어하는 밸브수단과, 상기 밸브수단를 통해서 공급되는 물과 공기를 분사시키는 다수의 노즐과, 상기 다수의 노즐을 통해 분사되는 고온의 물과 공기에 의해 세정되는 필터가 내부에 장착된 공기여과장치로 구성되는 것에 있어서;상기 물 생성 및 공급수단과 압축공기 생성 및 공급수단의 출력단에는 구동유체의 힘으로 흡인력(진공력)을 발생시키기 위해 구동유체(물, 스팀 및 공기)에 압력을 가하여 내부로 통과시키면 속의 변화에 의해 진공이 발생하여 다른 유체를 흡인하여 혼합 및 이송시키기 위한 이잭터; 및상기 이잭터의 출력단에 구비되어 유체가 통과하여 이송될 때 연속적으로 면분할, 방향전환 및 되섞임의 3가지 역활을 통하여 2가지 이상의 액체, 기체 및 분체등을 혼합시켜 주도록 하는 라인믹서;가 포함되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고성능 2중 효용 자동세정 재생형 전기집진식 공기정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기의 공기여과장치의 내부에는 다수의 에어필터를 수직으로 설치되어 물리적 집진이 이루어지게 하여 1차로 오염물질의 제거가 용이하도록 사각판형의 집진셀을 다수 수직배열하고, 상기 집진셀 사이에 고전압 텅스텐 와이어를 집진셀과 동일하게 수직 배열하는 제1 전기집진필터;상기 제1 전기집진필터에 붙어있는 오염물질을 세정하도록 자동 방향전환 스크류에 의해 구동되는 세정부;이음매가 없고 결육이 없는 사각의 절연성수지 사출물 셋트내에 PO필름으로 코팅된 알루미늄 또는 동으로 이루어진 전극과 파형절곡 상태를 가진 알루미늄 또는 동으로 이루어진 전극판으로 내부에 집진용 금속박편을 권회시킨 후 통전시켜서 전기집진이 이루어지게 원형 스파이럴 타입의 적층구조를 갖는 제2 전기집진필터; 및상기 제2 전기집진필터에 붙어있는 이물질인 오염물질을 세정하기 위해 노즐관의 양측에 경사지게 설치된 노즐의 분사압력에 의해 자력으로 회전하면서 세정시키는 회전세정부;로 구성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고성능 2중 효용 자동세정 재생형 전기집진식 공기정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 라인믹서는 내측에 좌방향 엘리먼트와 우방향 엘리먼트가 180°로 비틀린 상태로 고정되고, 상기 엘리먼트는 각각 90°로 연결되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고성능 2중 효용 자동세정 재생형 전기집진식 공기정화장치.
