Claims (5)
- 알루미늄 박판이나 알루미늄이 증착된 필름 또는 에틸렌비닐알코올 공중합 필름에서 선택된 차단층과, 상기 차단층의 외측 및 내측으로 폴리우레탄계 접착제에 의해 부착된 폴리에틸렌 필름층이 형성된 적층구조를 포함하는 튜브에 있어서,상기 차단층의 내측에 형성된 폴리에틸렌 필름층에 나노사이즈의 은분말이 20∼40ppm 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균튜브.
- 알루미늄 박판이나 알루미늄이 증착된 필름 또는 에틸렌비닐알코올 공중합 필름에서 선택된 차단층의 외측 및 내측으로 폴리우레탄계 접착제에 의해 부착된 폴리에틸렌 필름층이 형성된 적층물을 고주파 접착하여 튜브형상으로 성형하고, 이를 후처리하여 튜브로 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 차단층의 내측에 형성된 폴리에틸렌 필름이 나노사이즈의 은분말을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균튜브의 제조방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 은분말은 20∼40ppm 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 항균튜브의 제조방법.
- 청구항 2 또는 3에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 필름층은 폴리에틸렌 95∼98중량%와 은분말이 함유된 마스터배치 2∼5중량%를 용융 혼합한 다음 압출하여 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 항균튜브의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 은분말이 함유된 마스터배치는 나노사이즈의 은분말이 함유된 10%원액을 폴리에틸렌 배치와 혼합한 다음 용융시키고, 이를 압출 절단하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 항균 튜브의 제조방법.
