Claims (26)
- 제1 버스 커플러 요소(first coupler element);제2 버스 커플러 요소; 및상기 제 2 버스 커플러 요소와 연관되며, 상기 제2 버스 커플러 요소와 상기 제1 버스 커플러 요소가 가시적으로 정렬될 수 있게 하는 투명 매체(transparent media)를 포함하는 가시적 요소(visual element)를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 버스 커플러 요소는 상기 제1 버스 커플러 요소와 상기 제2 버스 커플러 요소의 가시적 정렬을 가능하게 하는 제1 기준 마크(fiducial mark)를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 버스 커플러 요소는 제2 기준 마크를 포함하며, 상기 제2 기준 마크는 상기 제1 기준 마크와 상기 제2 기준 마크의 가시적 정렬을 통해 상기 제1 버스 커플러 요소와 상기 제2 버스 커플러 요소의 가시적 정렬을 가능하게 하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 버스 커플러 요소에 포함된 핀 홀과 가시적으로 정렬될 수 있는 상기 제2 버스 커플러 요소 상의 핀(pin)을 더 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 버스 커플러 요소와 상기 제2 버스 커플러 요소가 손으로 정렬되는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 버스 커플러 요소와 상기 제2 버스 커플러 요소가 기계로 정렬되는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 버스 커플러 요소와 상기 제2 버스 커플러 요소는 각각 도전성 트레이스(conductive trace)를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 버스 커플러 요소들 중 하나는 테스트 도전성 트레이스를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 버스 커플러 요소들 중 하나를 포함하는 회로 기판(circuit board)을 더 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 버스 커플러 요소들 중 하나를 포함하는 가요성 회로(flex circuit)를 더 포함하는 시스템.
- 투명 가시적 요소를 이용하여 제 1 버스 커플러 요소와 제2 버스 커플러 요소의 가시적 정렬을 가능하게 하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 가능하게 하는 단계는 상기 제1 버스 커플러 요소와 상기 제2 버스 커플러 요소의 가시적 정렬을 가능하게 하는 제1 기준 마크를 상기 제1 버스 커플러 요소 상에 포함시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,제2 기준 마크를 포함시키는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 제2 기준 마크는 상기 제1 기준 마크와 상기 제2 기준 마크의 가시적 정렬을 통해 상기 제1 버스 커플러 요소와 상기 제2 버스 커플러 요소의 가시적 정렬을 가능하게 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제1 버스 커플러 요소와 상기 제2 버스 커플러 요소 각각에 도전성 트레이스를 포함시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 전자기 커플러;전자적 수신 기판(electronic receiving board); 및상기 커플러와 상기 기판을 정합시키도록 구성된 접착제(adhesive material)를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 접착제는 상기 커플러와 상기 기판을 정합시킨 후에 제거될 수 있는 시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 수신 기판은 마더보드(motherboard)를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 접착제가 상기 커플러를 상기 기판에 정합시킨 후에 상기 커플러를 상기 기판에 고정시키도록 구성된 에폭시 블랭킷(epoxy blanket)을 더 포함하는 시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 접착제는 테이프를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 접착제는 압력을 작용시켜 상기 커플러를 상기 기판에 정합시키도록 구성된 완충재(compliant material)를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1 도선(conductive line)을 포함하는 가요성 회로;제2 도선을 포함하는 기판;상기 제1 도선과 연관되며, 상기 제1 도선과 상기 제2 도선의 가시적 정렬을 가능하게 하는 가시적 요소; 및상기 가요성 회로를 상기 기판에 정합시키도록 구성된 접착제를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 가시적 요소는 상기 제1 도선과 상기 제2 도선의 가시적 정렬을 가능하게 하는 투명 가요성 회로를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 가시적 요소는 기준 마크를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 접착제는 상기 가요성 회로와 상기 기판을 정합시킨 후에 제거될 수 있는 시스템.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 접착제가 상기 가요성 회로를 상기 기판에 정합시킨 후에 상기 가요성 회로를 상기 기판에 고정시키도록 구성된 에폭시 블랭킷을 더 포함하는 시스템.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 접착제는 압력을 작용시켜 상기 커플러를 상기 기판에 정합시키도록 구성된 완충재를 포함하는 시스템.
