Claims (3)
- 옥, 카오린, 물을 배합하는 1차 원료배합 단계와, 상기 배합된 원료를 습식으로 분쇄하는 1차 습식분쇄 단계와, 상기 분쇄된 원료에 장석, 석회석, 규석, 카오린, 알루미나, 후리트, 슈퍼 음이온, 물을 배합하는 2차 원료배합 단계와, 상기 배한된 원료를 습식으로 분쇄하는 2차 습식분쇄 단계를 행하여 유약을 제조하고, 상기 유약을 성형 건조 또는 1차 소성된 타일 위에 표면처리하는 표면처리 단계와, 1050∼1200℃로 소성하는 소성단계를 포함하여 기능성 옥타일 제품을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기질 옥 타일 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 1차 습식분쇄 단계에서는 관리기준 325메쉬를 전량 통과하도록 분쇄하며, 2차 습식분쇄 단계에서는 관리기준 325메쉬 잔량 1∼2% 이하가 되도록 분쇄함을 기능성 옥타일 제품을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기질 옥 타일 제조방법.
- 장석 15∼20중량%, 석회석 15∼20중량%, 규석 20∼25중량%, 알루미나 5∼10중량%, 카오린 10∼15중량%, 후리트 5∼10중량%, 옥 7∼15중량%, 슈퍼 음이온 1∼3중량%으로 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기질 옥 타일 유약.
