Claims (7)
- 외장캔과;상기 외장캔에 장착되는 것으로 양극, 세퍼레이터 및 음극이 적층 또는 권취되어 이루어진 전극 조립체와;상기 외장캔과 결합되어 이를 밀폐하며 외부단자를 가지는 캡 조립체; 및상기 전극 조립체의 양극과 상기 캡 조립체를 전기적으로 결하는 것으로, 상기 캡 조립체에 면 접촉되어 연결되는 제1 단자부와, 이 제1 단자부로부터 연장되어 상기 양극에 연결되는 제2 단자부를 포함하는 집전부재를 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캡 조립체는 외부단자가 형성된 캡 플레이트와, 상기 캡 플레이트와 상기 주단자부와 사이에 설치되어 이들을 전기적으로 연결하며 안전변을 가지는 밴트 플레이트를 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 단자부는 원통형의 몸체와 이 몸체의 일측으로 형성되어 상기 밴트 플레이트에 결합되는 플랜지부를 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 플랜지부가 상기 안전변을 제외한 밴트 플레이트 부위에 밀착되어 고정되는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2 단자부가 상기 제1 단자부로부터 분기되어 형성되는 이차 전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제2 단자부가 십자상으로 배치되어 형성되는 이차 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 플랜지부에 레이저 용접으로 상기 제2 단자부를 상기 양극에 고정시키기 위한 레이저 통과용 슬릿이 다수로 형성되어 있는 이차 전지.
