Description
Claims (9)
- 금속제의 본체;본체의 끝부에 부착된, 통과구멍을 갖는 금속제의 단덮개; 및상기 단덮개의 통과구멍과 연통하는 부품의 수용구멍을 갖고, 상기 본체내에 수용된 절연재료제의 가이드통으로 이루어지고,가이드통을 냉각하는 유체의 냉각통로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 용접의 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드통이 대경부와 소경부로 이루어진 관통구멍을 갖고, 대경부에 자석을 내포한 용기가 슬라이딩 가능하게 수용되고, 소경부에 철제의 가이드핀이 슬라이딩 가능하게 수용되고, 상기 용기의 자석이 노출된 끝부를 상기 가이드핀과 접합하고, 상기 용기의 다른쪽의 끝부에 압축 코일스프링을 작용시켜, 상기 소경부를 상기 수용구멍으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 용접의 전극.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유체가 물이며, 냉각통로는 본체의 원주방향으로 연장되고, 냉각수를 위한 입구와 출구를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 용접의 전극.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각통로가 상기 가이드통의 외주에 형성된 환상홈의 형태를 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 용접의 전극.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드통 내에 자석이 삽입되고, 상기 단덮개의 통과구멍으로부터 가이드통의 수용구멍에 삽입된 부품이 자석에 흡인되어서 부품의 전극에의 유지가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 용접의 전극.
- 제5항에 있어서, 부품검출을 위한 검출전류가 적어도 상기 자석, 상기 부품, 상기 단덮개 및 본체를 흐르도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 용접의 전극.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 압축 코일스프링의 상기 용기와 반대측의 끝부를 수용하는 와셔에 전선을 접속하고, 와셔와 본체 사이에 절연컵을 개재시켜, 와셔, 압축 코일스프링, 용기, 가이드핀, 부품, 단덮개, 본체라는 경로로 통전회로를 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 용접의 전극.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 본체 내에 압착공기를 빨아들이기 위한, 서로 연통된 에어배관과 드레인 배출구멍을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 용접의 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체가 공기이며, 본체에 설치된 입구로부터 공급되어, 가이드통내에 형성된 공기통로와, 가이드통과 단덮개 사이의 틈과, 단덮개의통과구멍을 통과하여 외부로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 용접의 전극.
