Claims (2)
- 용강의 화학성분 함량이 규격을 초과하여 성분 격외되는 경우,상기 성분격외된 용강이 담겨진 래들에 상취랜스를 구비하는 단계; 및30~50%의 산소와 나머지 아르곤으로 이루어진 혼합가스를 상기 상취랜스를 통해 래들내 용강에 공급하여 노외정련하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 규격상한 성분격외 용강의 재정련방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산소와 아르곤의 혼합가스는,내부에 산소공급 배관(21)과 연결된 산소공급 말단부(11), 아르곤공급 배관(22)과 연결된 아르곤공급 말단부(12) 및 회전날개(13)가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 산소공급 말단부(11)는 아르곤공급 말단부(12)보다 길이가 길며 끝이 곡관인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형의 혼합탱크(4)에서 혼합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 규격상한 성분격외 용강의 재정련방법.
