Claims (3)
- 용량가변이 가능한 압축기와 전자팽창밸브를 적용한 복수개 이상의 실내기를 구비한 멀티형 에어컨의 전자팽창밸브 초기개도 산출 방법에 있어서,전자팽창밸브의 초기개도를 산출하기 위한 모드 설정 단계와;상기 초기개도 산출 모드가 설정되면 실외기의 마이컴은 그와 연결된 실내기들의 운전 신호를 감지하는 단계와;상기 실내기의 운전신호를 감지한 마이컴은 그 운전 조합에 따른 요구냉방능력을 산출하는 단계와;상기 요구냉방능력을 산출한 마이컴은 그 요구냉방능력에 따른 운전 주파수를 산출하는 단계와;상기 운전 주파수를 산출한 마이컴은 그 운전 주파수에 따른 전자팽창밸브의 초기개도를 산출하는 단계;를포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자팽창 밸브를 적용하는 멀티형 에어컨의 초기개도 설정 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 요구냉방능력에 따른 운전 주파수를 산출하는 단계는,연산식 N=f(Q)=k2*Q+C2 를 적용하여 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자팽창 밸브를 적용하는 멀티형 에어컨의 초기개도 설정 방법.(여기서, N은 운전주파수, Q는 요구냉방능력, K는 비례계수, C는 상수 이다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 운전 주파수에 따른 전자팽창밸브의 초기개도를 산출하는 단계는,연산식 EOinitial=f(N)=k1*N+C1 를 적용하여 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자팽창 밸브를 적용하는 멀티형 에어컨의 초기개도 설정 방법.(여기서, EOinitial은 초기개도값, N은 운전주파수, K는 비례계수, C는 상수이다.)
