Claims (31)
- 분열성 연속 섬유를 포함하는 제1 층을 제공하고;분열성 연속 섬유의 적어도 일부분을 분열 필라멘트로 분열시키고;그 후, 스테이플 섬유를 포함하는 제2 층과 상기 제1 층을 중첩시키고;제1 및 제2 층을 얽히게 하여 복합 직물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 부직 복합 직물의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분열 단계가 분열성 연속 섬유를 고에너지 제트와 충돌시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제트가 물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 복합 직물을 건조시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분열 필라멘트의 길이가 실질적으로 연속인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 엉킴 단계가 중첩된 제1 및 제2 층을 고에너지 제트와 충돌시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제트가 물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제트가 제2 층의 노출 표면으로 향하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 복합 직물을 건조시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.

- 제16항에 있어서, 분열 필라멘트의 대부분의 데니어가 약 0.7 미만인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분열 필라멘트의 적어도 실질적인 부분의 데니어가 약 0.1 미만인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분열성 연속 섬유가 스펀본드 섬유를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 스펀본드 섬유가 섬유의 단면을 가로질러 별개의 대역에 배열된 제1 열가소성 중합체 및 제2 열가소성 중합체를 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 열가소성 중합체가 서로 비상용성인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스테이플 섬유가 펄프 섬유를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 복합 직물.
- 제14항의 방법에 의해 제조된 복합 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 층의 건조 중량 대 제2 층의 건조 중량의 비가 약 0.1 내지 약 2인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 층의 건조 중량 대 제2 층의 건조 중량의 비가 약 0.2 내지 약 1인 방법.
- 섬유의 단면을 가로질러 별개의 대역에 배열되어 있고 서로 비상용성인 제1 열가소성 중합체 및 제2 열가소성 중합체를 포함하는 분열성 스펀본드 섬유를 포함하는 제1 층을 제공하고;분열성 연속 섬유의 적어도 일부분을 분열 필라멘트로 분열시키고;그 후, 펄프 섬유를 포함하는 제2 층과 상기 제1 층을 중첩시키고;제1 및 제2 층을 엉키게 하여 복합 직물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 부직 복합 직물의 형성 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 분열 단계가 분열성 연속 섬유를 제1 고에너지 수력 제트와 충돌시키는 것을 포함하고, 엉킴 단계가 중첩된 제1 및 제2 층을 제2 고에너지 수력 제트와 충돌시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 제1 제트가 제1 오리피스를 통해 공급되고, 제1 오리피스에서의 수력 압력이 약 2,500 kPa 내지 약 21,000 kPa인 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 제2 제트가 제2 오리피스를 통해 공급되고, 제2 오리피스에서의 수력 압력이 약 1,300 kPa 내지 약 14,000 kPa인 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 제트가 각각 제1 및 제2 오리피스를 통해 공급되고, 제2 오리피스에서의 수력 압력이 제1 오리피스에서의 수력 압력보다 낮은 방법.
- 제26항의 방법에 의해 제조된 복합 직물.
