Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a webbing guide of an automobile rear seat belt, and more particularly, to a rotary webbing guide of a three-point rear seat belt.
As is well known, the three-point rear seat belt is provided with a lower anchor plate 2 and a retractor 3 at both ends of the webbing 1 to be fixed to a body (rear floor panel and rear package tray panel, etc.). By fitting the tongue 4 to the webbing 1 so as to be slidable, and fixing the buckle 5 to the body, when the occupant wears the seat belt, the tongue 4 is held and the webbing 1 is pulled out to pull the buckle ( 5), the webbing (1) wound on the retractor (3) is released to be in close contact with the chest and the stomach, and webbing (when the passenger wears the seat belt or releases the worn seat belt as described above) 1) is guided to the webbing guide installed in the trim 6, such as the rear package trim, to be released from the retractor 3 or wound around the retractor 3.
In the conventional webbing guide, as shown in FIG. 6, the guide main body 10 is fixed to the trim 6 and the guide groove 11 is installed in the guide main body 10.
The interval between the guide grooves 11 is generally about 5.5 mm and the length is about 7 cm larger than the width (5 cm) of the webbing 1.
However, while the webbing guide is fixed, the webbing 1 is loosened or wound in an inclined state rather than vertically. First, the side of the webbing 1 is guided when the webbing 1 is released and after the seat belt is worn. When the side of the webbing 1 is worn due to the resistance by the continuous friction with the side of the groove 11, the return force when the coil 3 is wound on the retractor 3 by the elastic restoring force of the coil spring installed on the retractor 3 This decreases, and secondly, when the side of the webbing 1 is worn as described above, it is contaminated and appearance defects occur. Third, the side of the webbing 1 is wound on the retractor 3 in a twisted state. Inconvenient use is caused by the jam phenomenon in which the webbing 1 is temporarily locked.
Applicants of the present invention, in order to correct the above problems, was tested by reducing the interval of the guide groove 11 to about 2.4 mm bar, the prevention of twisting of the side of the webbing (1) is improved than the conventional, webbing ( The frictional resistance between 1) and the guide groove 11 has been increased, and when the webbing 1 is pulled out, a lot of force is found and other problems that are not easily wound when wound.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention aims at providing an upper anchor plate of a vehicle rear seat belt that prevents abrasion and twisting of the webbing and also flexes or unwinds when the webbing is unwound or wound.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a guide body which is fixed to the trim and guides the webbing by forming a circular guide hole in the center; It is composed of a rotating guide that is rotatably supported in the guide hole and formed a webbing support groove on one surface.
2 is a cross-sectional view of the present invention, and FIGS. 3 and 4 are cross-sectional views taken along line A-A and line B-B of FIG. 2, and the present invention is roughly divided into a guide body 20 and a rotation guide 30.
The guide main body 20 is formed in a plate shape and forms an insertion protrusion 21 around the insert and fixed to a hole formed in the trim 6, and forms a circular guide hole 22 in the center to form the guide hole. The webbing (1) is supported by (22) to guide.
The rotating guide 30 is formed in a disc shape having the same diameter as the guide hole 22 and at the same time forms a webbing support groove 31 on one surface thereof, so that the webbing support groove 31 is the guide hole 22. Webbing (1) of the support position is to be able to rotate while being positioned.
The length of the webbing support groove 31 is formed slightly longer than the webbing (1) and the depth is formed to about 5.5mm.
And the guide body 20 and the rotation guide 30 is provided with a control means 40, the control means 40 is a groove 41 in communication with the guide hole 22 in the guide body 20 ( 41 '), support protrusions 42 and 42' are formed in the rotation guide 30 and inserted into the grooves 41 and 41 ', and then on both sides of the support protrusions 42 and 42'. By inserting coil springs 43, 43 ', 44, 44', and the spring constant of the springs 43, 43 ', 44, 44' is the pulling force of the webbing 1 The lower limit of 0.9kgf or less is set so that the webbing 1 can be smoothly released.
As described above, in the present invention as shown in FIG. 2, when the webbing 1 is not in a vertical position, that is, when the seat belt is not worn, both sides of the webbing support groove 31 maintain an equal distance from the webbing 1 and the support protrusion 42. The 42 'is positioned at the center of the grooves 41 and 41' so that the springs 43, 43 ', 44 and 44' are also in equilibrium.
In the above state, when the seat belt is worn or released, the webbing 1 is in tension and at the same time the webbing 1 is inclined rather than vertical, so that the webbing 1 is inclined to one side. For example, when the webbing 1 is inclined as shown in FIG. 5 (the other installation position is inclined in the opposite direction to FIG. 5), the webbing 1 is moved counterclockwise and at the same time the side of the webbing 1 is moved. The rotational guide 30 also rotates in the same direction as the webbing 1 while being in contact with the webbing support groove 31, so that the frictional resistance of the side surface of the webbing 1 is reduced, and the twisting (overlapping) does not occur on the side surface. In this way, the seat belt can be released to prevent a jam phenomenon in which the webbing 1 is temporarily locked when the webbing 1 is wound around the retractor 3.
In addition, as described above, when the rotation guide 30 rotates, the springs 43 and 44 'are tensioned and the springs 43' and 44 are compressed, and the webbing 1 is retracted when the seat belt is released. The webbing 1 is flexibly wound by encouraging the return to the vertical position as shown in FIG.
In the above-described embodiment, the control means 40 has been described for being installed at opposite sides of the guide body 20 and the rotation guide 30, but may be installed on only one side.
As described above, the present invention forms the webbing guide in a rotatable manner so that when the webbing is released from the retractor or wound on the retractor, the friction resistance of the side of the webbing can be smoothly released or wound, and also the webbing side is small in friction. Appearance is improved by preventing the wear and tear of the contamination.
In addition, the twisting of the side of the webbing does not occur, thereby preventing jams in which the webbing is locked.
