Claims (5)
- 다수개의 양극 전극들, 유기 EL층, 음극 전극, 상기 음극 전극의 금속 라인을 빼내기 위한 음극 배선, 상기 양극 전극들을 하나로 묶는 양극 쇼트닝 바, 상기 음극 배선을 하나로 묶는 음극 배선 쇼트닝 바를 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서,정전기 방전을 위해 상기 양극 쇼트닝 바 및 음극 배선 쇼트닝 바에 연장되게 방전 패턴을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 방전 패턴은 전하가 잘 모이도록 말단을 각이 지게 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 방전 패턴 말단의 각도는 0도 초과 180도 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 방전 패턴 말단의 형태는 다각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 양극 쇼트닝 바에 연장되는 방전 패턴과 음극 배선 쇼트닝 바에 연장되는 방전 패턴 사이의 거리는 0 초과 100㎛ 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이 소자.
