Claims (1)
- 다수개의 분할된 핫런너 밸브(분할노즐바디)(2a)(2b)(2c)(2d)(2e)(2f)...들 각각의 내측면이 중앙의 코일히터(4)용 삽입파이프(3)에 둘러싸여있고, 상기 분할노즐바디들 각각의 외측면은 튜브히터(5)로 둘러싸여 있으면서 하나의 용융합성수지(이하 수지)공급라인(13)에의해 각각의 분할노즐바디의 탕도(6)와 연결되며, 상기 코일히터 삽입파이프(3)내측면에는 지지체(9)에 지지되면서 서로 요철면(17a)(17b)에의해 결합된 부시A(7)와 부시B(8)가 밀접되게 삽입되고, 상기 부시A,B(7)(8)의 상부에 위치하고 상기 각 분할노즐바디(2a)(2b)(2c)(2d)(2e)(2f)...들의 상부 내측면에의해 형성된 중앙공(18)에는, 원주면에 상하 수직 슬릿홈(14)이 다수개 형성되어 있어서 각각의 분할노즐바디(2a)(2b)(2c)(2d)(2e)(2f)...들에 주입되는 용융수지의 열에의해 팽창되는 각 분할노즐바디의 압압력에의해 일시적으로 수축되었다가 그 자체 팽창력에의해 팽창되는 콜릿(collet;거미발)을 밀접되게 삽입한 다음, 볼트 삽입공(19)을 통하여 볼트머리 받침용 라이너(liner)(20)와 함께 지지볼트(11)를 삽입하여 상기 지지체(9)에 지지볼트(11)의 단부를 나사결합한 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 멀티 핫런너 밸브시스템.
