내부에 LPG 가스통이 저장되는 저장 공간이 형성되고, 상부가 개구된 발열부의 측면을 따라 복수 개의 통기공을 형성하면서 상측의 개구부 가장자리를 따라 측면 부분이 경사지도록 한 테이퍼부가 착탈 가능하게 설치되며, 측면에는 상기 저장 공간을 개폐하는 개폐부가 형성된 버너 바디;
상기 버너 바디의 상부에 구비되는 테이퍼부의 내부에서 발열부에 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 거치 프레임과 상기 거치 프레임에 거치되어 음식물이 조리되는 조리 돌판으로 이루어져 상기 LPG 가스통으로부터 공급되는 가스에 의해 발화되는 버너부의 버너 노즐로부터 전달되어 상기 발열부에 의해 발열되는 열에 의해 음식물이 조리되도록 하는 조리 거치대; 및
상기 버너 바디 상부의 개구부에 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 상기 테이퍼부의 상단에 개폐 가능하게 결합되는 덮개 바디와 상기 덮개 바디의 내부로 삽입되어 사용 시에만 덮개 바디의 외측으로 돌출되도록 회전 가능하게 설치되는 손잡이부로서 이루어지는 덮개부;
로서 구비되며,
상기 버너 바디의 내벽면에는 상기 LPG 가스통의 고열에 의한 화재 발생 방지를 위해 설치되는 단열재;
