Description

Folding Wagon {FOLDING WAGON}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a folding wagon, and more particularly, to a collapsible folding wagon in the form of a cart.

Wagon refers to the generic name of a four-wheeled vehicle with a body on which a wheel can run and a carrying object can be loaded, and a wagon-shaped wagon is often used as a means of daily transportation. These wagons are used to carry heavy items, bulky items, children and similar carrying objects. In recent years, wagons have been widely used for carrying camping equipment or small items with camping openings.
The existing wagon has a handle for pulling the wagon body. The handle of the existing wagon is pulled from the front of the driving direction and has a problem that it is difficult for a woman with weak arms to use it and also there is a problem that the child can not know the movement of the child when carrying the wagon.

The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a folding wagon which can push the wagon from the front of the direction of the wagon, while pushing the wagon from the rear.
Another technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a folding wagon capable of stably stopping a wagon even in a sloping place.

In order to achieve the above object, the folding wagon according to the present invention has a rectangular shape, and includes a front right vertical member, a front left vertical member, and a front face connected to the front right vertical member and the front left vertical member, A rear right vertical member, a rear left vertical member, a rear upper horizontal member having one end and the other end connected to the rear right vertical member and the rear left vertical member, respectively, the front frame including a top horizontal member and a front lower horizontal member, A rear frame including a member and a rear lower horizontal member, a foldable floor frame connected to the front frame and the rear frame to form a floor of the folding wagon, a plurality of X- A front frame and a rear frame, A left connecting part connected to the front frame and the rear frame to constitute a left side wall of the folding wagon, a left connecting part connected to the front frame and the rear frame, And a front horizontal bar connected to the right connection part and the left connection part at the other end, and a handle bar hinged to both ends of the front horizontal bar and rotatable about the front horizontal bar, and attached to the handlebar or the front upper horizontal member A front right wheel assembly and a front left wheel assembly connected to a lower portion of the front frame to fix the handlebar to the front upper horizontal member, a front left wheel assembly coupled to the lower front frame, Includes a rear right wheel assembly and a rear left wheel assembly .
Wherein the folding wagon is formed to be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the shaft and includes a right brake shaft inserted in a groove of the wheel mounted on the front right wheel assembly to prevent rotation of the wheel and a bar perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the shaft, A left brake shaft inserted in a groove of a wheel mounted on a front left wheel assembly to prevent rotation of the wheel, an elastic member disposed at a center thereof, a portion of the right brake shaft and the left brake shaft is stored, A brake control pipe having a bar and a bar of the left brake shaft to which the bar of the left brake shaft is guided to move, a bar of the right brake shaft and a bar of the left brake shaft are inserted and formed to be movable, And a brake for adjusting the position of the bar of the left brake axis Plate, a plate shaft coupled to the brake disc, and the rotation bar for rotating the shaft plate may further include.
The folding wagon may further include a bracket for fixing the plate shaft to the front top horizontal member.
The handle base fixing portion may include a support plate for supporting the handle bar to be fixed to the front upper-end horizontal member across the side surface of the front-side upper-end horizontal member, and a guide plate extending perpendicularly to the support plate at an upper portion of the right- And a left support vertically extended from the support plate at an upper portion of the left side surface of the support plate and hinged to the handlebar.
The handle base fixing portion includes a tubular portion fitted to the outer surface of the pull tab, a horizontal plate protruding vertically from one end of the tubular portion and being seated on the upper surface of the front upper horizontal member, And a vertical plate for supporting the pull tab to be fixed to the front upper horizontal member across the side of the front upper horizontal member.
The handle base fixing portion may include a crescent ring coupled to the front top horizontal member and surrounding the handlebar, and hooks for coupling the crescent hook, coupled to the front top horizontal member.
The handle base fixing portion may include: a support plate coupled to a side surface of the upper surface horizontal member; And a fixing table for holding and fixing a part of the pull tab vertically led out from the supporting plate.
The handle base fixing portion may be a safety pin fixed to a side surface of the front upper horizontal member, and a pin inserted into the handle base to fix the handle base.

According to the folding wagon according to the present invention, the handle bar is rotatable so that the wagon can be pulled in front of the direction of travel of the wagon, the rotatable handle bar can be fixed, and the bar can be pushed from the rear. Because it is easy to hold with both hands, weak woman with arm strength can easily push wagon. In addition, since the braking device is provided, the wagon can be stably stopped even in a sloping place, and the braking function can be more easily used by the user by turning the rotating bar located above the wagon to release or release the brakes.
