Description
The present invention relates to a one-touch flame retardant and flame retardant aramid tent that helps to save lives by prolonging the time required for rescue and firefighting of the fire department in case of fire in high-rise buildings or test houses.
In general, a fire causes burns, which are classified into direct burns and inhaled burns. Direct burns, or skin burns caused by heat, are those in which the human body is directly exposed to fire, resulting in damage or burns to the skin. Usually, third-degree burns have a fatal effect on the human body when the burn area exceeds 30% of the human body. It is known that even life can be put at risk. Inhalation burns refer to burns on the soft mucous membrane of the airways as a result of inhaling hot smoke or harmful gases, especially when a fire breaks out in an enclosed space or when the fire falls away from where it is located. Due to the nature of the building can be spread quickly. At this time, inhalation of high temperature heat or damaged by inhalation of carbon dioxide or combustion material generated during the combustion of harmful substances is called inhalation burn. Damage to inhaled burns along with skin burns caused by heat can have a devastating effect on the human body and increase mortality. This can be seen by referring to the statistics of the fire department, even if the inhalation burn is more than the death of the skin burn. In other words, the inhalation burn is the main cause of death from fire.
Inhalation burns caused by the inhalation of harmful gases or smoke during a fire may occur during a fire in an enclosed interior of a building or in an unventilated enclosed space, but may occur in an open space due to the nature of harmful gases or smoke. Because burns may occur later, all burn patients should first be screened for suspicion of inhalation burns.
Due to the diversification of the material of the inner wall of the building, the human body is damaged by various harmful chemicals caused by the material burning in the fire.In particular, the inhalation burn is caused by contraction in the bronchus, impaired ciliary function of the mucous membrane, and necrosis of the lung cells. Pulmonary edema is present and there is a risk of secondary infection. The suction image is divided into an upper airway suction image and a lower airway suction image. The upper respiratory inhalation image is rich in blood vessel distribution of the body and the surface area is wide, so acute damage occurs well when the outside air is hot, but the lower respiratory inhalation image is rarely damaged by heat. In addition, upper airway inhalation burns may cause rapid edema in the pharynx and larynx due to thermal damage, resulting in rapid airway obstruction.
The mechanism that directly damages the alveoli (air change) is the inhalation of heat and toxic substances. Lower airway inhalation burns are rarely subject to thermal damage, but may occur when inhaling hot steam, which provides better heat transfer than dry air. Most lower airway inhalation burns are caused by inhalation of gaseous toxic substances from the burning material and usually develop after several hours.
In order to reduce the inhalation burns caused by fire, it is best to cover the mouth and nose with a cold-soaked towel and lower your body as much as possible. But in an emergency, this is not easy.
Accordingly, the present invention manufactures the material itself of the waterproof and windproof one-touch tent which is currently used in general market by cutting-edge aramid fiber with flame-retardant and flame-retardant characteristics, so that the fire department in case of fire accidents in high-rise buildings, apartments, and high-rise houses It is to provide a temporary shelter in a narrow space to buy time until dispatch.
In the past, due to the cost, such a tent was not widely used, but it was greatly improved by the development of advanced fibers. Among them, the development of the aramid fibers as described above was able to be utilized much closer in this regard. The most commonly used aramid fiber material is DuPont, and aramid is a generic term for aromatic polyamide fibers, and there are two types depending on the raw materials. In other words, there are meta type and para type. The meta type has excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy, and flame resistance that can withstand up to 370 degrees. It is widely used as protective clothing and industrial filter materials. Para type uses high melting point and high modulus type over 570 degrees. Lightweight composite materials Tire cords, belts, etc. are widely used as industrial materials. Therefore, the present applicant is intended to help life saving by extending the time until rescue in case of fire by devising an aramid tent by incorporating such advantages of aramid into a tent.
In addition, the flame-retardant and flame-retardant aramid tent of the present invention has a small oxygen respirator in the tent to ensure the oxygen supply for a certain time in the tent in case of fire to prevent asphyxiation accidents due to fire and smoke for some time.
In addition, the one-touch already used in the structure is easy to fold and fold, minimizing the storage space, making it easy for everyone to use, and occupies less storage space, so that it can be used easily in one room or narrow gossip.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is manufactured as an aramid tent that can be unfolded at one time, so that it can withstand a certain temperature for a certain period of time so that it is normally stored with a fire extinguisher in a veranda, or a predetermined space, and one-time in case of fire. Use to expand.
In addition, a large number of 17L small size oxygen hops capable of supplying oxygen for 9 to 18 minutes in the aramid tent can be supplied in advance during a fire to prevent inhalation burns caused by harmful harmful gases or smoke. will be.
