Description

이탈방지용 석재도로경계석{A boundary stone} Departure prevention stone road boundary stone {A boundary stone}

The present invention relates to a stone road boundary stone for prevention of departure, and more particularly, to facilitate the installation of road boundary stones formed of stone and to form a departure prevention part during the grinding process of stone to prevent the road boundary stones from being separated by the impact after installation. Of course it relates to the stone road boundary stone for departure prevention that can prevent slipping.

In general, the road boundary stone is a structure installed to distinguish the sidewalk and the roadway at the boundary point of the sidewalk and the roadway, and is produced by processing natural stone such as granite or by pressing and curing concrete with a press.

The road boundary stone was constructed by laying the foundation concrete on the ground so that it could be installed at a certain height from the ground, placing the road boundary stone on the foundation concrete, and consistently installing the road boundary stone in the horizontal and linear directions.

However, the road boundary stone as described above should be installed in a linear contact with the boundary line between the road and the side when installing the boundary stone, but in order to install the boundary stone of the heavy weight does not deviate, it was inconvenient to be installed through several modifications by hand.

In view of the above problems, the road boundary stone of Utility Model Registration No. 211499 and Utility Model Registration No. 234541 have been proposed.

Road boundary stones as described above are grooves formed on one side of the road boundary stone to be constructed in succession to each other and the projections are inserted into the grooves on the other side is combined with the shape of the grooves and the projections to compress the concrete by pressing When formed to form.

Therefore, the road boundary stone is limited to the concrete road boundary stone that is cured by pressing the concrete with a press.

However, because the boundary stone of concrete material has a very high water absorption rate, the absorption and evaporation process of water occurs repeatedly, which accelerates the aging phenomenon of the boundary stone, which easily breaks or cracks even in small impacts. In this case, the water contained in the cement concrete is repeatedly frozen and melted by the external temperature. The freeze-thawing phenomenon causes cracks in the boundary stone, thereby degrading the durability of the boundary stone.

The stone road boundary stone should be used due to the above problems, but the stone road boundary stone has a problem that it is difficult to process the grooves and protrusions of the proposed boundary stone.

In addition, there is no structure that can prevent the damage of the tires or prevent the pedestrians from slipping across the road when driving the car there was a risk of safety accidents.
