Claims (4)
- 그 내부를 관류하는 시료유체에 광을 조사하여 시료유체에 함유된 입자의 산란광을 검출하여 시료유체의 정보를 획득할 수 있도록 하는 플로우 셀에 있어서,투명 재질로 제조되고 그 내부에는 상부가 개방된 내부공간이 형성되는 하부측정용기부;상기 하부측정용기부의 내부공간 내로 끼워져 분리가능하게 결합되고 일측에는 상기 내부공간의 하측과 연통되며 상기 내부공간 내로 상기 시료유체의 유입을 가능하게 하는 유입관로가 관통형성되고 타측에는 상기 내부공간의 하측과 연통되며 상기 내부공간 내로 유입된 시료유체의 유출을 가능하게 하는 유출관로가 관통형성되는 상부유출/유입부; 및상기 하부측정용기부와 상기 상부유출/유입부의 결합 및 분리를 가능하게 하는 클림핑유닛을 포함하여 이루어지며,상기 클램핑유닛은 상기 하부측정용기부가 그 내부로 삽입되어 지지되는 지지본체와, 상기 지지본체의 상부에 하방으로 탄성바이어스되도록 결합되어 상기 하부측정용기부에 대해 상기 상부유출/유입부를 가압고정하거나 또는 가압고정상태를 해제시키는 클림핑부재를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우 셀.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 하부측정용기부는 석영으로 제조되고 상기 상부유출/유입부는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌(PTFE) 수지에 의해 T자형으로 사출형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우 셀.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 하부측정용기부와 상기 상부유출/유입부 사이에 개재되어 상기 유체시료의 누출을 방지하는 패킹부재를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우 셀.
