Abstract
용접캐리지에있어서 간격유지용 2개의 가이드롤러를 없애고 2단,3단 용접이 가능하게 하고자한다
실시예를 설명하면 캐리지는 크게 바퀴이송부와 토치유닛조정부로나뉘며
1차로 바퀴이송부를 설명하면 몸체는 안테나형으로 늘어나는구조로서 캐리지 슬라이드 1단몸체(1)내부에 캐리지 슬라이드 2단몸체(2)가내장되고 다시 2단몸체내부에 캐리지슬라이드 3단몸체(3)가 내장되고 캐리지 슬라이드 1단몸체(1)측면외부에는 바퀴이송용 측면슬라이드(4)가 설치되며 측면슬라이드이송장치(4-1)에는 토치유닛 고정및 이송장치(18)가 부착되고 그옆면에 감속기어박스(5),이송모터(6),바퀴회전축(19),앞측바퀴(7),뒤측바퀴(7-1)가 설치되며 다시 캐리지 슬라이드 1단몸체(1) 상부에는 바퀴이송용 측면슬라이드 커버(8)가 하부에는 전진측 보조캐스터(9),후진측 보조캐스터(9-1)가 설치되고 캐리지슬라이드 3단몸체(3) 지지측끝단에는 고정용 고정자석(31)과 종료센서1(40)이 이송모터(6)상부에는 종료센서2(41)가 부착된 구조이고
2차로 토치유닛 조정부에 대하여 설명하면 토치 전후진 몸체 이송 고정 브라켓(12)에 토치 전후진 몸체(11)가 연결되고 토치전후진 몸체(11)는 전후진모터(13)의 회전에따라 전진이동 또는 후진이동이가능하며 다시 토치전후진 몸체(11)내부에 토치상하유니트(14),토치상하유니트(14)에는 토치클램프(16)가 부착되고 이를 상하조정하기위한 토치상하조정 핸들(15)이 부착되며 토치클램프(16)에는 토치(17)가 부착 되고 다시 토치상하유니트(14) 측면에 자동거리조정센서유닛 몸체(21),쿠션슬라이드(22),간격조정 스크루(23),가이드암(24),회전가이드(25),전진센서(26),후진센서(27),간격조정핸들(28)이 부착된구조이다
동작에대하여 설명하면
2가지의 동작모드가 있으며 첫번째모드는 안테나방식으로 토치를 용접하고자하는 위치에놓고 고정용 고정자석(31)을 끌어당기면 안테나처럼 캐리지몸체가 펼쳐지게되고 원하는 곳에 고정자석(31)을 고정시킨후 용접시작스위치를 누르면 제어반(10)에서 용접ON 신호,이송바퀴 회전지령, 간격유지기능 ON 동작지령을 내리며 이에따라 이송바퀴가 회전하며 용접토치를 이송시키게되고 이때 회전가이드(25)는 용접직각부재(30)에 밀착되어 회전하며 굴러가는데 캐리지몸체와 용접부재가 수평이아니거나 계단이있을경우 쿠션슬라이드(22)가 전진 또는 후진으로 움직이게 되고 이에 따라 전진센서(26),후진센서(27) 가 ON/OFF된다. 전후진 모터(13)는 전진센서(26)가 ON되면 전후진 모터(13)에 전진명령을 내리고 후진센서(27)가 ON되면 전후진 모터(13)에 후진명령을 내리게 되어 용접토치 끝단은 직각부재(30)와 계속 같은 간격을 유지 하면서 이송하게 되고 토치유닛고정 및 이송장치(18)가 종료센서1(40) 에 근접하여 종료센서1(40)이 동작되면 이송모터정지,용접신호OFF,간격유지기능 OFF 하여 정지한다.
두번째모드는 용접거리가 슬라이드부를 펼친거리보다 거리가 길경우에는 안테나방식으로 동작을 시킬수가 없으므로 토치를 용접하고자하는 위치에놓고 용접시작스위치를 누르면 용접ON 신호,이송바퀴 회전지령, 간격유지기능 ON 동작지령을 내리며 이에따라 바퀴가 회전하며 용접토치 를 이송시키게되는데 토치유닛 고정및 이송장치(18)의 균형은 전진측 보조캐스터(9)와 후진측 보조캐스터(9-1)가 맡게되고 고정자석(31)과 종료센서1(40)은 사용되지않는다.간격거리유지장치 동작은 첫번째모드와 동일하며 종료센서2(41)가 동작되면 이송모터정지,용접신호OFF,간격유지기능 OFF 하여 정지한다.
